  Robert O performed excellent maintenance on my Trane air conditioner unit. The unit was having issues and now it works properly. Definitely recommend this company.

  Sean called before he arrived. He explained all the process of the ac maintenance. Even though he was young in age, he was very knowledgeable.

  Big shout out to Rashaad Hamilton - Tech of Mid-FLA heating & air. He was a God sent! We just had serviced from another company the day before & they tried to convince us that we need a new whole A/C System as the issues were too bad. ( our system was also bought & installed by this other company 3 yrs ago, so it’s a 3 yr old system, it would have been almost $14k, including their Legacy package ). I was so upset & cannot accept the proposition, so I called Mid-FLA the next day, for a second opinion, & with prompt response, Rashaad inspected everything & found out & replaced/ fixed just the electrical components ( fuses & transformer ), inspected the whole inside & outside - the other components were all in good working order. After 1.5 hr worth of job, with his honesty, integrity & professionalism, & very knowledgeable at what he does, got our whole system up & running, with just less than $300 worth of bill. He saved us a whole lot of money!!! We are ever grateful to Rashaad, from Mid-FLA!!!

  We had a great experience when our old ac failed recently. I called on a Monday morning, they had a tech out to our home by noon, and our new unit was installed the next morning. Everyone we worked with (Doc, Sachen, Chuck, and Jason) were all very polite, professional, and informative. I would highly recommend this company.

  My air conditioner wasn't working. I called this company, and they told me the unit was broken and I needed to buy a new one; they quoted me $19,000. I called another company for a quote, and it turned out only the capacitor was damaged. They fixed the unit for less than $500, and it's working perfectly now. I do not recommend them at all. Look for other options first—don't let yourself be misled. Mi aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando. Llame está compañia y me dijeron que mi máquina no funcionaba. Tenía que comprar una máquina nueva, me cotizaron $19,000. Llame otra compañía para cotizar y mi máquina solo tenía dañado el capacitor. Con menos de $500.00 me arreglaron mi máquina y está funcionando perfectamente. No los recomiendo para nada. Busquen opciones primero, no se dejen engañar.
