Excellent service! The two technicians who came to my house were extremely helpful, professional, and patient. They took the time to really look into the problems with my AC system, explain what was going on, and help me figure out the right options instead of just trying to sell me something. They did a great job cleaning the system and went above and beyond what I expected. I really appreciated how patient they were with all my questions and how much time they spent making sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s hard to find people who genuinely care about doing the job right. I’m very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

I have had exceptional service from Adrian and his technicians from Launchpad Services. Communication is key to me and they all provided that. This job was a removal of my old AC unit and an install of a new system. I'm very happy with the way everything went .

I was in the market for a new air-conditioning unit. I had several companies come out, but when I got launchpad to come out, they were very clear on what they were going to do based on what I needed. I was comfortable with their warranties and guarantees installation process. The fact that they pull permits and they follow all the local rules for the safety of my home and my comfort. I feel like the service was pretty good.

Launchpad Service is an exceptional company & highly recommend. The customer service is outstanding. Adrian came over to discuss our options & our new unit was ordered the very next day & installed 1 day later. Adrian @ Launchpad service as well as Rico, Zay & Antwan were pleasant & very professional & would highly recommend this local company if your in need of an AC. The warranty & maintenance plan that comes is also excellent & the COLD AC is out of this world. Thank you Launchpad Services ❄️ Shawn followed up yesterday on our questions on thermostat & was very knowledgeable & very pleasant.

I seriously can’t recommend this company enough! One of the things I love most is that they have 24/7 customer service, so no matter what time you call, you can actually speak to someone. My house had slowly been getting warmer and warmer, and eventually it felt like the A/C just wasn’t cooling at all. I called them, and they were at my house within a few hours. They checked everything out, flushed my A/C system, found the problem right away, and got it taken care of. I also really appreciated that they didn’t just fix the issue and leave. They took the time to explain what was going on, how my system works, and what I can do to help it last longer. They even told me about some of the other services they offer, like improving the air quality in your home, water filtration, and being able to control your A/C from your phone. Overall, I had a really great experience. They were on time, knowledgeable, thorough, and actually took the time to answer my questions. If you need someone you can depend on for your A/C, I definitely recommend giving them a call!
