  Kai and Jack did a great job installing a ceiling fan in a tricky location They had to make 2 trips because I had the wrong down rod. They gave me a great deal on the second trip to the house

  We had a great experience with Grand Electric for the installation of our new exterior main electrical box. From the very beginning, Jesse was punctual, professional, and concise during the assessment and estimate process. The pricing was extremely reasonable, and we appreciated how straightforward everything was. The installation team (Calvin & Dom)was equally impressive — punctual, tidy, courteous, and highly professional throughout the project. They installed a new main electrical box that included everything required to satisfy code including a surge protector and two copper grounding rods, and the quality of the work gave us a lot of confidence. Grand Electric also handled the permits and coordinated directly with FPL, which made the entire process much less stressful for us. The work passed inspection seamlessly, and the office has even agreed to provide us with photos of the completed work along with confirmation of the passed inspection for our records, which we greatly appreciate. We are very satisfied with the final result and would absolutely recommend Grand Electric to anyone looking for reliable, professional electrical work.

  From the time I called for help, every member of the company was helpful, respectful and understanding. The receptionist even offered some quick solutions/options to try and fix the issue. She was extremely friendly and told me someone would be in contact shortly. Jessie came out after we lost power in 3 outlets and our wifi. It wasn't the GFCI/AFGF and all the breakers were fine. He checked all the outlets which were also working properly. Luckily, after some troubleshooting, Jeromy & Jack were able to find the cause and fixed the problem/issue in about 10 minutes. The pricing was great and everyone was extremely helpful. Highly recommend the team 10/10
