  Gault is exceptional!! They put in three closet lights for my 91 year-old mother.. Not only was she over the moon with the installation and value… These gentleman went up and beyond for my mother!! They mentioned it was their last call for the day and did she need anything else? Jokingly she said I probably need my gutters cleaned.. And lo and behold these outstanding gentlemen cleaned out my mother‘s gutters & Did some other little honey-do’s!! Ever since my mother lost my father they are little things around the house that she just isn’t capable of doing and who would’ve thought a call To Gault Electric .. Would not only satisfy her extremely with the insulation of the three closet lights… They actually cleaned out my mother’s gutters while they were there!!! I can’t express my appreciation enough for a company and employees that go up and beyond the call of duty… To help an elderly senior widow with other little jobs they didn’t have to do!! If you’re looking for an excellent electrical company outstanding customer service this is your go to!!! My Mom is over the moon pleased with not only the electrical installation but the unbelievable kindness of the gentleman that showed up!! Thank you thank you!! It’s so refreshing to see kind, gentlemanly, Employees that goes the extra mile for their customers!!! 10 stars & beyond!! Thank you so very much 🥰

  I contracted with them to install an EV charger at my home. They filed a permit with the city. The city had several questions to which they never responded. Then they stopped returning my phone calls and emails.

  New to the area and was calling around to get quotes for a small job I needed done. When I called to request a quote with in the first 40 seconds they lost my business. A quick abridged version of the interaction Me: "hi I'm calling around looking for quotes for my job" them:"well we won't be the cheapest" me: "that's fair but still" them:"well you know with the cost of things and gas we don't want to waste our time" me:(dumbfounded)"... Okay bye I guess" I worked a trade job for over a decade and I understand that bottom dollar price tags end with bottom dollar work so that wasn't what I was looking for. As someone new to the area I have no idea what a fair price for the job would have been. It's quite normal to get a few quotes to make sure you don't end up getting the one guy in town who is charging an arm in a leg. You find someone who is average priced maybe slightly over average who knows what they are talking about. So it's not a good look on a company to try up front pressure tactics like this

  Dan and Bob were at my home today for landscape lighting. They quickly diagnosed the problem, repaired it and were on their way. I felt the pricing was certainly fair and their work was excellent. Found myself a wonderful electric company and will certainly pass this company name on to others.

  I used gault electric about a year ago for some upgrades on my rental property. I called again for them to install a ring camera and another flood light at my home. They are always professional and do a great job! Ray and John came out this time and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The flood light they installed didn't work properly and they came out and fixed it with no problem. (It was the actual light I bought, I knew I should not have gone the cheap route) I definitely recommend them and I will definitely be using them again in the future if I ever need to. They definitely deserve 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
