  Requested a quote for wood grain vinyl fence and gates in both horizontal or vertical semi private for airflow. It was like pulling teeth to get replies. Weeks later I just got another short email response that nope, we don't do that after dozens of emails. I tell them that other fence companies are able to provide quotes and then they have the nerve to ask me for which manufacturers they're using and they will get quotes for me. Not sure how they are rated so highly for being able to provide multiple types of vinyl fencing and gates but I do not recommend them at all. *I see the owners response and here is my response to the email I received from them: K LS 8:09 PM (0 minutes ago) to Florida You came back to me with ZERO options. I sent you photos of what I was looking for just so you'd know what I was talking about for color and installation options. We have a history of dozens of emails going back and forth, just look at this email thread. I provided photos to assist you with a quote and I was doing my due diligence by contacting a professional fence company wanting a higher quality product. I did not say you asked for a competitor quote, I said you asked for their manufacturers which is true. If I was looking for Home Depot level products I would purchase from them. I didn't hear from you for 4 days when I had to email you asking if you had any information. Then it's another 6 days before I get a short response from you. If you consider a customer wanting a timely response that provided you with photos of what they're looking for and then following up with dozens of emails asking more questions and providing more details "slander" then your business has a serious problem. Look at the email Jessica sent me where she said I was "slandering" your business. *Response to their post: Small mom and pop owned business or not, you should be more responsive and detailed in your email replies. Most of those 24 emails were from me requesting more information and asking questions and your wife's minimal responses.

  Great quality work AND the lowest price of all quotes I received! Jessica is very responsive about quotes/questions. Jason, the owner, personally came out to figure out a custom solution for hiding our pool equipment. Allen and the rest of the onsite crew was friendly, and really cared about making sure the fence was perfect. Plus, they were extremely careful with our landscaping and pool plumbing -- which was literally touching the old fence. I had fully expected to have to redo our landscaping, and was bracing myself for issues with the plumbing, but they managed to remove the old fence and build the new one without so much as a single leaf out of place! It's not often that you find a company where every single person is a 10 out of 10! I definitely recommend hiring Florida Fence Co!

  Editing review. Great prices and they do amazing work. Fence is beautiful and they're fast working. Call back right away, they come early and don't leave until what they need to get done is done, very professional. Only bad review is we’re noticing they left pieces of our old fence in the ground. Very sharp pieces they didn’t bother to dig up before leaving which is dangerous to our pets and kids.

  After Irma I had some fence damage and needs to have the fence rebuilt. After calling several companies and getting quotes I settled on Florida Fence and I am glad I did. Jason came out and we went over what I wanted so he could put together a quote with a couple of options. Both quotes were very reasonable and with the information Jason provided I decided to go with a fence built to Miami code which is stricter for hurricane tolerance. They built the fence to Miami code and I must say I don’t think it will go anywhere should we get another CAT4 or CAT5 in this area. I had them change my dock so it was usable as a dock or a deck on the water. They also built a couple of gates for me with aluminum frames that should hold up better that the ones I had prior which started to sag over time. It is up and it all looks great! We had a few fence boards that were cracking a few weeks after install which was odd but called Florida Fence and they came and replaced them without issues. These guys are very professional and I would highly recommend them for fence repair or new fencing.
