- KKKarl Kiser2 days ago5.0This store has a great selection of good flooring and great support staff. Branden has been great! The installers were very professional and prompt. Great place to buy flooring and they back up their products with excellent service.
- BNBeth Nickles6 days ago5.0We had a disastrous situation with regard to our daughters tub and shower. We shopped around and decided to pursue other options. We had used Floors Direct and had a great experience. We went in and Joann Abbott helped us find just the right tile for Kelly's Condo bathroom. After just a few days, they came on, demo'ed the tub snd shower and within just a few days as ys, Cesar and his team had a beautiful shower installed... We are so thrilled with the results.
- DTDee TysonSep 28, 20265.0I can't even tell you how terrific it was to work with this company and crew, especially Brandon! He explain the process from demo to install. Dates from start to finish were spot on. The floors were installed on time and done beautifully. We were impressed with the professionalism of the installation crew. They were always on time, pleasant, and cleaned up after every visit. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. I would defiantly recommend Floors Direct before going anywhere else. I would give them 10 stars if that was an option!
