The owner of Floors Direct went out of his way to provide good counsel on what was possible, JJ was patient and helpful with the material selection and project management, Cesar (& Paulo/Jackson) did an amazing job installing oversized tiles, David and his crew worked quickly to lay beautiful wooden floors and Jason/Hector went above and beyond to deal with heavy furniture to get the carpet installed. Floors Direct pricing was competitive, and the project was delivered on time and on budget. The team was a pleasure to work with.
