  We worked with Steve to pick out wood flooring for 2 bedrooms that had been carpeted for 20 years. He was so helpful and patient with us. But the best was the installation. The team took out the carpet, moved furniture, installed the flooring and cleaned up beautifully, all in one day. Great experience all around.

  What a big loss for this store, Branden is not there anymore, and the lady store manager is a disrespectful person, and treating me like I did something wrong, I noticed my reducer was coming apart so I called Branden for a replacement he said no problem come in and get one, the job was still under warranty, I removed the defective one and went to get a replacement, that's when I found out Branden was gone, I should have just had them come out and replace it, the reducer is made out of mdf which is garbage, you would think when spending $15,000 on a floor you would use better quality reducer. I should have told the nasty manager to keep her reducer and got my own somewhere else, they have loss my business for anymore work. And this review is for the disrespect I got from the so called lady manager, telling me she has 20 years experience in what being nasty to good paying customers.

  We just had laminate flooring and carpet installed and couldn’t be more pleased with how both turned out! Branden was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and very quick to answer all our questions. Breno and his crew did an excellent job installing our laminate and any question or concerns I had were answered and dealt with ASAP. (The only recommendation I would make to potential purchasers is while the installers did a great job cleaning up afterwards, put away or cover as much of your belongings you are able if getting hardwood flooring installed as there can be a bit of dust kicked up if grinding and leveling of your floor is needed. And don’t forget to replace your AC filter with a new one after the jobs completion!) Carpet was installed a few days after the laminate and the installers were very professional, efficient and friendly. They had the old carpet removed and the new installed in less than 3 hours. All in all we are very happy with our new floors and would definitely recommend Floors Direct to anyone looking for new flooring or carpet.

  We had a fairly large project so we contacted three different flooring companies for quotes. We chose Floors Direct for these reasons: they approached the project methodically and they obviously had a systematic way of completing the project. The rep they sent out to measure the areas immediately detected a potential problem that nobody else discussed with us. Because of this we were able to adjust our project before starting and avoided a big issue that would’ve occurred in the middle of the job. Thanks to Howard our flooring looks perfect! Second, we worked through the process with JJ, our rep at Floors Direct. Couldn’t ask for a better detail-oriented, courteous, patient and professional rep. From start to finish, JJ guided us through their systematic way of navigating the project, obviously he had alot of experience. Finally the flooring crew they sent out to install the tile were wonderful, they worked really hard to stay on schedule. All of the tile was installed beautifully. We highly recommend Floors Direct. We asked a ton of questions and they assisted us at every turn. Save yourself potential headaches and work with them!
