- DWDeb Wheeler3 days ago5.0This was the second time we used Floors Direct and each time we were lucky enough to get Joan to assist us. Floors Direct has a unique diversity of tile with every style and color imaginable that you don't see at the box stores. This time we did a small guest bath and just saying; Joan was incredible. Our head was spinning with ideas and she spent time going over so many choices. After the decision was made and the tile came in, she again met with us to re-confirm colors. Our order was ready in a little over a week. We picked it up and were on our way. Floors Direct was responsive throughout the entire process and Joan is absolutely incredible. We will DEFINITELY be back to do our 2 bedrooms and main bath.
