  Franko came out the same day that I called. He was patient and thorough. He found the leak!!!!! … it turned out it wasn’t the AC unit.

  We had a problem with our hvac and Brevard cooling and heating , has been our company for the last 8 years and again they helped us quickly. From the person receiving our call and getting us help to the persons that came to our house, we are very happy with their services and professionalism. Eric came in first, and was very prompt with his response, professional and timely. Kevin Gonzalez came in later because we still had an issue after the first visit and he did an amazing job, took his time to make sure everything was working properly and got us cooled again. God sends, game changers in Brevard!

  I had an A/C unit installed in 2023 by Brevard cooling and heating. Its stopped working twice now. They came out and repaired it about two months ago and it has stopped working again. They set an appointment to come out and fix it again but the technician said he couldn’t work on it because it was sprinkling outside. I called the office to reschedule another appointment but they wouldn’t be able to get out for another whole week. Mind you I have no A/C. Good thing I’m not an elderly person. Terrible service and they don’t seem to care that an A/C they sold three years earlier keeps failing.

  Brevard cooling and heating is a top-notch company to work with. They are quick to respond, and quick to get our install done. We called them on a Wednesday, sat down with a technician on the next day and was scheduled for the work to be done four days later. Tyler and Teddyshowed up on time and went right to work and we’re finished by mid afternoon. Their cleanup and run through of the new equipment was thorough. Their office took care of all permitting and setting up an appointment for inspection. They installed high-quality brand name equipment at a reasonable price.
