  I purchased an HVAC system from Brevard Heating and Cooling a year ago and I did a HVAC check and they sent out Náutica. She was amazing! Extremely smart and she did a wonderful job checking my HVAC 5 ton system and giving me some valuable tips on maintaining its efficiency! She is a great asset to the company and employees like her are why I would choose this company over and over again!

  We used Brevard cooling and heating because that’s who our warranty was with so I didn’t really have a choice. Jay came out within 24 hours. He was quick, efficient, and thorough with educating me on our issues. Although this time I didn’t have a choice, I would use them again if all of their employees are like Jay. I definitely felt safe with this company.

  We have been dealing with poor air flow in our main living area for years. This would cause our ac to never really cycle through during the day. It could only maintain 83 degrees in main living area during the day. We've had many other companies throughout the years to come and take a look at the reason why and what the fix would be. We've been told everything from, it's fine no need to fix, to needing to remove existing ducts and adding a box and a new line. Which is why we originally had called Brevard Cooling & Heating for a quote for partial duct re-design. Well today, Franco fixed the issue. He took the time to go up into the attic, take pictures, and diagnose the issue. Wasn't rushing through the apt and though outside the box as to why we were getting air in the kitchen but not the living room; even though they were running out of the same box in the attic. Turns out, the vent was blocked from the inside of the duct. A piece of insullation lining (which shouldn't have been there:) blew off the inside of the box and was blocking the air flow. Instantly, the living area vents had air flow when this insullation piece was removed. I would definitely recommend this company over any one else in the area. Franco was on time, not rushed, explained everything and really cared to resolve the issue properly. Thank you!

  Had brevard cooling and heating come out to troubleshoot my ac system, compressor kept cutting off. They said the whole unit had to be replaced. Called Turner air and heat,problem was a shorted wire,$95 dollar repair and AC hasn't stopped working since. Been months now. Brevard cooling and heating is untrustworthy,liars, greasy,slimy business practices. Don't get taken advantage of. No integrity. Go to Turner or any other company for your ac repairs. These guys will just try and sell you a new unit.

  Franco came out today to help us with an issue with our AC, and I couldn’t have been more impressed. He was professional, thorough, and took the time to really assess the problem rather than just rushing through the job. As he worked, he kept me informed, explained what he was finding, and made sure I understood his recommendations and what he was doing. Great customer service is hard to find sometimes, and Franco absolutely delivered. I would highly recommend him, and the next time I need service, I’ll definitely be asking for Franco!
