  We have always had excellent service with this company! Well worth having the membership for general maintenance. Recently needed our A/C fixed after suddenly breaking and came out the next day and had it fixed without needing a whole replacement. No pressuring to try and just make money off of customers like other companies. Easy to get in contact with and great follow up communication!

  We waited until it got hot to write a review. We wanted to give the a/c some time to make sure it worked well. It’s June and we are happy to report that we are super cool! Actually, he’s freezing,lol. Installation was very smooth and everyone was so professional and nice. Thanks for a great experience!

  When our air conditioner failed during a period of very high temperatures, Brevard Cooling scheduled a service call in a timely manner. The technician, Franco, arrived earlier than the scheduled time and quickly identified the failed part, which he replaced and restarted our air conditioner. He also detected a possible freon leak and did as much trouble shooting as possible before a strong storm arrived. Franco was friendly, knowledgeable, and returned as quickly as possible after the storm to continue work on this second issue. We were very pleased, and grateful, for the prompt response of Brevard Cooling and the efficient workmanship of Franco.

  I have been a Brevard cooling and heating customer since June 2022 and this is the first time they have severely disappointed me. I have been in contract with them since I have been using them however, this time they failed me. They claim that they are Open seven days a week and that is sincerely not true. I came home to my house at 90°F and I had called them at 6:30 PM on a Sunday where they had claimed that they were open and they weren’t. I had left a message and waited for a call back. The next morning on Monday morning, I left two messages and called four times and didn’t get a hold of anybody until almost 745. Mind you they claim they open at 7 AM. I told him about the situation how I couldn’t sleep and that their next emergency visit, even though I’m in contract with them, wouldn’t be until Wednesday. Meaning that I would have to be in a hot humid home for three days. There seem to be lack of empathy on their part and no accommodation even though I had been a customer with them for four years. After trying to speak to the manager, we waited for eight minutes, and the manager decided that she was just going to cancel the entire contract and not speak to us. I am only giving two stars because they used to do a great job until the year of 2026. I have moved onto another company and I’m in contract with them and much happier. If you want subpar service, go with Brevard cooling and heating

  These folks were scheduled to visit on a Maintenance schedule. Unfortunately our unit went out abruptly and were unable to come out for a visit until Tuesday evening with our early Monday AM call. No refund on my Maintenance contract. We are looking at a full replacement estimate after their competitor was able to show up today. These folks changed our capacitor 1.5 years ago……typical service for a capacitor is 5 years minimum. We got only 1/3 of the availability out of that capacitor. We are going to their competitor due to unavailability in an emergency. 90 degrees in the house this AM. Why have a maintenance contract when they are unavailable when you need them.
