- ALAmanda Lyn3 days ago5.0Tim and his team provide outstanding customer service! They offered us a fair price on our shutters, and their service has been top-notch from start to finish. When our motorized lanai impact screen wasn’t closing properly, Tim’s team came out promptly to assess the issue and completely replaced the screen at no cost under warranty. What impressed me most was that I never had to follow up or remind anyone - the team kept track of the issue and proactively returned with the updated screen as soon as it was available. That level of accountability, reliability, and customer care is rare. I highly recommend Tim and his team!
- PKPhyllis KlishAug 6, 20265.0My husband, Ed, and I are extremely pleased with the great customer service we recently received. Our hurrican shutters were installed approximately 8 years ago, and the owner came out to do an adjustment that was needed after a power surge. Highly recommend this company!!
- CSCarol SchleichertApr 8, 20265.0We had shutters installed on all our windows plus around the lanai. Tim came to our home and gave a very reasonable quote and took all the measurements. The shutters arrived quickly and were installed beautifully. Installers made sure we knew how to operate the shutters before they left. We had a very good experience working with Tim and the installers. We have received excellent customer service from American Shutter Works. I would very highly recommend this independently owned company to anyone looking for hurricane shutters. Carol Schleichert, Viera area

- GDGloria DomschSep 19, 20235.0Tim Jenkins and his staff are the best in the industry. They did a great job from the quote to the installation with all the windows, doors, and sliders on our home. Top quality product and very reasonably priced.
