  Two very competent installers took 5 days and did a great job. They are from Milbourn,FL and did the install as if they were in Miami/Dade County. All materials used were Miami/Dade approved including the ridge vent. They even added metal in the valleys which exceeds Miami/Dade. Newer generation Owens Corning Duration shingles with SureNail Technology were used. These shingles are rated for 130mph winds and only require 4 nails per shingles. These installer/company, for extra storm safety, exceeded this minimum and used 6 nails per shingle. The inspector even said I found a good roofing company. This company did what they said, when they said they were going to start. They are definitely reliable! I initially dealt with the company's president Steven Scott. He's a very nice, low pressure guy to deal with.

  In August of 2026 I had a complete roof installation of a 24 G metal roof on my manufactured home. Advanced Roof Technology were very competitive in the pricing, did a GREAT job, cleaned up everything afterwards and answered all of my questions. They truly deserve a 5 star rating. Extremely satisfied !

  Outstanding job by Steve and Tony! We’ve had an issue with a leak in our garage for years now. Several people have attempted to repair it but have been missing the mark. The actual problem was finally located by these two! I am so grateful. Thank you so much!!
