  Draven came to my house to fix a leaking shower handle, which would not come off. He thought outside the box and used a torch which allowed the cartridge to be unscrewed. Unfortunately, that did not totally solve the problem because when I tried to unscrew it, I torque it to much and bent the copper pipe behind the cartridge, which caused another leak. Draven was able to install a new valve and correct the problem with minimal tile wall damage.

  Great service from start to finish! He fixed my leaking valve and cleaned everything out thoroughly. He was professional, knowledgeable, worked quickly, and left everything nice and clean when he was done. I definitely recommend him if you need a good plumber! And I have to say… the work was great, the service was great, and the plumber himself wasn’t exactly hard on the eyes either. 😉😂 Definitely a five star experience!

  Jake from 1-Tom-pPlumber was great to work with. He was very professional and did a super job installing our water softener and filtration system in the garage. He completed the job in less time that expecting and was very meticulous with the placement of the pipes to maximize the space being used. We will definitely call 1-Tom-Plumber again for any future plumbing needs.

  Sean was terrific. He went over the few issues I had with my sink and toilet and a couple others. He took and made just one trip to his truck to get what he needed. He must have thought ahead anticipating what he might need because he didn't have to make any more trips to his truck. He showed me everything he did and it all worked perfectly. I would absolutely recommend 1tom plummer to everyone, living in a condo, my neighbors will certainly know.

  It is a pleasure that I write this review for an employee at 1-Tom-Plumber, (Jake Hilliard) to express my appreciation for the excellent work and experience I had with him. I had a main waterline leak and after he analyzed the condition of the pipe, he discussed in detail the options to repair it and what he thought was best but left the decision to me. Jake went right to work and quickly repaired the line with a cheerful attitude even as I asked question as he worked! The work was completed much quicker than I expected. The work he did is excellent and I would highly recommend Jake for any work you may need done!
