  Chris Rodriguez was the plumber sent out to my house and he was great! Fixed the problem that I was having and talked to me about what was causing my slow draining in my shower and showed me what I could do to avoid other issues in the future. Recommended some other issues I might be having with my toilet. Really took the time to fix and prevent future problems. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

  Brennen was “Tom Terrific” for us. He took the photo I hadn’t taken, so he found the culprit on the destroyed water heater. He drained it, removed it and carted it away. He had checked the job assignment before he left the headquarters, so he brought a replacement with him and was able to install it in record time. He has a wonderful smile and courteous manner. We couldn’t have asked for more. THANK YOU, ALL, FOR SAVING OUR DAY/House/Hot water system! Your phone advisor was great too. Congratulations for having an at-the-ready team on duty on a Saturday!

  ★☆☆☆☆ Misleading quote, bait-and-switch pricing** I called 1-Tom-Plumber because my tankless water heater stopped producing hot water. The dispatcher told me clearly that a technician would come out for a $79 diagnostic fee to find the problem and give me a repair quote, and that the $79 would be waived if I approved the repair. That sounded fair, so I booked it. The next day, the same dispatcher called me back with a completely different story. Now the $79 only covered the technician driving to my house. Actually diagnosing the water heater, the one and only reason I called, would cost almost $300 more on top of that. That is not what I was told, and it's not what I agreed to. I asked to speak with someone in charge, and they put one of the owners on the phone. He was no help at all. No apology, no attempt to honor what their own dispatcher promised, and we got nowhere. Be very careful with this company. The price you're quoted on the phone is not the price you'll be charged. Get everything in writing before anyone comes to your house. I'll be filing a complaint about how this was handled.

  Jake did great, showed up quickly and diagnosed the problem and proceeded with repair. Really appreciated he didnt try to sell me shit or tell me I need to add some other system as an upsell. I work out at the space center and have zero energy to do anything when I get home, so I always carefully balance the price of someone else doing it versus the pain in the ass of me doing it on a day off, the price they gave me came in right where it needed to be at so I didnt just do it myself and waste precious hours of my day off doing it. Will call back when I need another repair.

  *** after reading you decide*** This journey started on Wednesday morning when I woke up to no water from the well. I did an Internet search and the reviews were ok. Placed a service call response that day. Send email with picture of service technician. Showed up on time, diagnosis needs new switch, no didn't have the switch on the truck. Was quoted $400 to replace. I had previously replaced that switch cost from Amazon $20. ( Takes about an hour to replace) Thursday morning installed the switch, pump now runs but not enough pressure. Another service call, technician quoted $2000 for a new pump or $1000 to " rebuild the pump" ( even the invoice states rebuild the pump) . Rebuild was my opinion. The technician rebuilt the PVC fittings only ( not the pump). An exact new pump that matches my existing is $550 on Amazon. He couldn't get the pressure to stabilize. Finally got the pump working upon leaving he tells me that there is no guarantee nor warranty.Friday the pump lasted about 24 hours and shut off. Since their office texted me to write a review. I texted a picture and the fact that it wasn't working. Informed that the technician would be contacted and I would be contacted with options. Never heard from them. I had the new pump with increased horsepower (different brand)and all fittings done on Monday morning for $650
