  Brenan arrived promptly for my after hours call on a Sunday morning! He arrived ready to get to work on the issue. When he was done clearing out the lines he showed us a video of where the problem is in our lines and thoroughly explained what to do to avoid future problems. Nothing is guaranteed of course but I felt good having the information he provided.

  I was facing the daunting task of having a French Drain installed . From the moment I called and spoke with Amber my experience was excellent. Sean and Brenan were so conscientious and caring …. Skilled and professional. They showed up on time and texted before coming. They saved my sod and explained the entire process . I never call anyone but I called the next day to thank everyone. Danielle was a delight as well . If you are looking for plumbing services your search is over :)

  We had an excellent experience with this plumbing company from start to finish. Brennan was incredibly professional, friendly, and timely. He arrived when promised, quickly identified the issue, and took the time to clearly explain exactly what happened and what needed to be done. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and honestly one of the best experiences we’ve ever had dealing with a plumbing company. Brennan’s knowledge, communication, and customer service were outstanding. Highly recommend this company, and especially Brennan, to anyone needing plumbing services!

  I can not recommend One Tom Plumber highly enough! I would give them 100 stars if I could. I am selling my house and the new buyer request the hot water heater be replaced as my old one is 9 years old. I called and they answered immediately, which rarely happens, I am usually transferred to voice mail at other companies or an answering service tells me I can wait for a call back. They scheduled for the service technician to arrive the next morning. This is where the 100 stars come in, Brennan Clemans arrived exactly on time as scheduled. They sent a picture and description prior to his arrival so I knew exactly who I would be looking for at my door. Bremen was professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate and work with. He arrived in a beautiful wrapped van with their logo and it was like a moving plumbing store! He had everything I needed to swap out my older hot water heater. He installed a larger 50 gallon heater, updated the expansion tank and drip pan with updated copper. He did it so quickly and hauled off the old tank and left everything so clean it was like he was never here! I am so happy to get the chance to recommend 1 Tom Plumber and Brenen. Have confidence and work with this honest and local company. I am pretty fussy and they did everything perfectly, you will be happy too!!

  We were supposed to have my daughter’s birthday party on Sunday. Saturday/Sunday morning the toilets in the house had backed up and we were looking at having to relocate the birthday in the morning. I called the customer service was great considering it was 12:55 in the morning and they dispatched the tech Draven out and he was an absolute rock star!! He showed up we had a challenge up front but he worked around that and he found the problem and fixed it. Very knowledgeable! I had many questions to ask just out of curiosity and he had absolutely no problem answering them or even going backwards from what he was doing to show me what I was asking about. This was my first time calling 1 Tom and I will absolutely be calling back again!! Draven indeed saved the birthday!!
