  Tom Plumber’s, Draven repaired a damaged outdoor spigot 3 hours after I called. Excellent work on short notice and complexity. The PVC pipe buried in outside wall concrete needed to be chipped out to gain access. Draven didn’t give up on the problem on a hot Sunday late afternoon. Draven replaced PVC pipe and spigot. Note to Florida homeowners- your outdoor copper spigot is connected to PVC pipe - and the check valve installed because of code is fastened with a set screw that is purposely snapped off. You cannot unscrew this thing, and yes I snapped the spigot off. Note to homeowners- Your new cheap Florida home where the system is all PVC, has a copper spigot. So who’s the brain surgeon that ok’d this code for external plumbing that needs periodic maintenance? As for the basically useless check valve that is permanently installed, where was the concern for contamination in my old family house that has the spigot without a check valve on an all copper system for the last 75 years? Given all of this, the old methods for repairs are obsolete - good for plumbers, terrible for homeowners.

  I have been having issues with my brand new 1-year-old Bradford White water heater. I kept developing iron deposits in my hot water throughout the house. The Bradford White tank has a factory magnesium anode rod inside and I also have a whole house water filtration system that uses salt crystals. These two together create a chemical reaction and caused the iron deposit throughout my house. I purchased a titanium anode rod and had Daniel replace it. He knew exactly what chemical reaction was occurring inside my tank. He fixed it quick and easy, no problem, and knew exactly what needed to be done. Thank you Daniel.

  I couldn't be happier with the service I received. I had my tankless water heater and a couple of ball valves replaced, and the whole process was smooth from beginning to end. Everything was done professionally, and the work was clean and efficient. They took the time to answer my questions, explained what they were doing, and made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. It's hard to find people who really care about doing the job right, and that definitely showed here. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Big thanks to Andrew for all his hard work—he was friendly, knowledgeable, and did an outstanding job!

  I had an emergency plumbing issue with a severe clog late in the evening, and I couldn't have asked for better service. The company responded quickly, and Daniel Brock arrived promptly. Daniel was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain exactly what was going on. He used a camera to show me the blockage, walked me through my options without any pressure, and answered all of my questions. It was clear he knew his craft and genuinely cared about getting the problem resolved the right way. He did an outstanding job, and I truly appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and fast response during a stressful situation. If you need a plumber, I highly recommend asking for Daniel Brock. Excellent service from start to finish!

  Very lucky to have called this service, they helped me to understand that I needed a different plumber to unclog my drain. First, they were going to charge me about $600 to snake the drain which is about double the local rate. But I was grateful when they didn't use the snake because they realized that the better solution was to charge me about $1200 for a high powered water flush of the system (double price again). I appreciated it when they did not flush the system because they discovered that an even better solution was to rip open my kitchen wall and replace the pipe for about $3000 (double price again). I am so very lucky to be offered the opportunity to pay a hefty price for their services since it encouraged me to call another plumber who charged me less than $300 to unclog the drain with a snake. Cannot tell you how much I appreciated learning all about how 1-Tom-Plumber operates on commission and how that helped me pay so much less to another plumber - Shaw Plumbing - they're awesome.
