They are and were professional, communicative, efficient and reasonable. In fact several years after the first installation we had water damage in our home and decided to update our floors to a lighter color. Once again, we hired Carpets By Jason and they did a fantastic job. We highly recommend them!
- JTJeff TurnerAug 31, 20265.0I submitted requests for quotes from 3 different companies and Jason's Carpet & Tile responded in less than 24 hours (the other took 4 days and still nothing from the final...but don't need it now). Nick was ON IT! Called me, great personality, energetic. We spoke about my intentions and he gave me some ideas via text. He schedule a visit to come by, go over and lock in the carpet I wanted for my stairs. Lisa got back to me to schedule the appointment and was equally has vibrant and energetic (seriously, whatever hiring mechanics they have to get this type of crew - they should teach a course on hiring A players). Oscar came by today to do the work - again, friendly, funny, had some good jokes (thank you for not drinking all my whiskey...HAHAHA, kidding of course). He banged out my stairs in about 4 hours and did phenomenal. Cleaned up well, no mess left. This is what success looks like. This is how you run an operation - and do it well! Thank you to all the team that came through and got this done for me. This one gets my three high - HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommended for any of your carpet or tile needs. What a pleasure and seamless experience! PHENOMENAL!
