  Sloppy work. Drained the septic tank well enough..however the lid for the septic tank was not put on right after the serviced was completed..I had a suspicion it was not put on right after witnessing the guy was struggling trying to get the screw to grab onto something but he quickly snapped the pic for evidence and buried it. Of course the pic will look good if you snapped it on top lol. If the guy took the time to clear off the dirt from under the lid maybe the screws could of grad onto something. How do I know this you say.. well I dug up the spot and put the lid on properly myself, i even had to find replacement screws for some. I was very disappointed the lid could of collapsed in or worst someone could of fallen in the tank, if I had not checked his work I would of had a bigger mess later too. 1 star for the quality of work.

  Called them to come check my grinder pump, said it would be after hour rates which is understandable but the rate was $550 per. Hour. That is straight out price gouging. I would never recommend using them, found a competitor who came out for $250 service fee plus parts and it was after hours pricing.

  Awesome service, new septic tank and drain field set up. Very responsive from the start and throughout, the team that installed the system were so helpful, friendly and respectful. I cannot recommend this local company more. Thanks guys Ben W

  Highly recommend this Roto Rooter team, Tony, Chase, Melissa & team and Ms Candida Dale, Environmental Consultant who needs their septic drainlines replaced. Professionally explained the process of their service. Respectfully answered all my questions. Honored their word! Replacing my drainlines was no rushed job — the team took their time to ensure job was accomplished correctly. Replaced my yard beautifully. On top of their best work is the 10 year warranty— to me that sounds like bragging rights to the quality of their work compared to other companies. Again, Thank Roto Rooter team - Tony, Chase, Melissa & team and Ms Candida Dale! Five star team! Call them!
