  James and John came out to my mother’s house they were absolutely awesome! She was very comfortable with them and they went above and beyond to help my mom and give her all the information they could possibly give to help her know what’s going on with septic tank! Thank you James and John!

  Sloppy work. Drained the septic tank well enough..however the lid for the septic tank was not put on right after the serviced was completed..I had a suspicion it was not put on right after witnessing the guy was struggling trying to get the screw to grab onto something but he quickly snapped the pic for evidence and buried it. Of course the pic will look good if you snapped it on top lol. If the guy took the time to clear off the dirt from under the lid maybe the screws could of grad onto something. How do I know this you say.. well I dug up the spot and put the lid on properly myself, i even had to find replacement screws for some. I was very disappointed the lid could of collapsed in or worst someone could of fallen in the tank, if I had not checked his work I would of had a bigger mess later too. 1 star for the quality of work.

  Called them to come check my grinder pump, said it would be after hour rates which is understandable but the rate was $550 per. Hour. That is straight out price gouging. I would never recommend using them, found a competitor who came out for $250 service fee plus parts and it was after hours pricing.

  Awesome service, new septic tank and drain field set up. Very responsive from the start and throughout, the team that installed the system were so helpful, friendly and respectful. I cannot recommend this local company more. Thanks guys Ben W
