- BWBill WaltersMay 12, 20263.0We purchased 1200 sqft of LVP from the Lutz FL location. Unfortunately the sample in store and the piece of a plank we took home did not match up with what was shipped to us. Called the store to start my complaint and was advised to call customer care. They were sympathetic but basically useless. I called the store back and told them I would be returning all the products as I was not happy with it. Arrived at the store and Josh was there, he was polite understanding and helpful. He was able to process the return and refund with courtesy and professionalism. My only advice is to be 100% certain of what you are buying and read the fine print on the contract.

They originally offered a lifetime warranty, but now that the company has changed names, they are refusing to honor it—even though my flooring is starting to have issues. On top of that, the quality of the work itself was not up to standard. Given both the poor workmanship and lack of accountability, I would not recommend this company to others. Be cautious before doing business with them.
