  Flooring Masters in Land o Lakes is such an amazing place for all your flooring needs. This staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not to mention just a pleasure to deal with. We had purchased over 2000 square feet of Base Board in the past and was installed to perfection. We spoke with Joey who is just a pleasure to work with. Joey you rock, keep up the good work, we need more individuals like you in this world. If I could give more than a 5 star rating, I would.   Writing I cannot say enough wonderful things about Flooring Masters. As a mother of a very ill daughter who has been hospitalized since December following a severe asthma attack, I was facing an overwhelming situation at home. Her doctors informed me that she could no longer live in a home with carpet, which was especially challenging because most of my home had carpet and linoleum flooring. While dealing with this, I also discovered that my shower floor had cracks that had allowed mold and mildew to develop after I had been away from home for several months caring for my daughter. The shower required significant repairs, including replacing the shower floor and portions of the tile. From the moment I walked into Flooring Masters, I was met with extraordinary kindness, compassion, and understanding from Joseph, Sebastian, and Heather. Their care went far beyond customer service. They truly embody what it means to love and serve others. During one of the most difficult seasons of my life, they treated me with patience, respect, and genuine concern. Not only were they incredibly supportive, but they also worked with me to meet my financial needs while helping me select beautiful, high-quality vinyl flooring and porcelain tile for my home. They took the time to explain every step of the process, including important details I never would have known about, such as the materials needed beneath the flooring. They helped me choose products that complemented one another and ensured I understood exactly what to expect. What impressed me most was that they never made me feel rushed or uninformed. They took the time to educate me, answer my questions, and even recommend trusted professionals for installation. If you are looking for quality flooring, exceptional customer service, knowledgeable guidance, and a company that genuinely cares about its customers, I highly recommend Flooring Masters. They were a blessing to me and my family during a very difficult time, and I will always be grateful for their kindness and support. Once my floors are done, I will follow up with photos.

Very professional, responsive, and easy to deal with from start to finish. He helped us get exactly what we needed without any pressure or confusion, and everything was handled efficiently.   I want to highlight the excellent experience I had at this flooring store. From the very beginning, the salesperson was extremely attentive, professional, and knowledgeable about the products. They guided me perfectly according to my needs and budget, without any pressure at all. Additionally, the quality of the materials exceeded my expectations. The flooring is durable, well-finished, and truly adds an elegant touch to the space. It’s clear they work with high-quality products.
