  All I can say is WOW! I called and had the sales manager Roger out to look at my repairs needed within 30 minutes at the most. Gave me a quote on the spot and expected to have to wait to schedule. He said he could have his team there today within the hour. Nicholas and Jair showed up right on schedule. Very polite and professional. I would highly recommend them not only for their outstanding customer service but great prices as well.

  Nico came out to address plumbing issues in a primary bathroom and had everything working very quickly. He was very professional and knew exactly what to do! Milly who handles the scheduling was fabulous. Also, very reasonable pricing~highly recommend Black Ops Plumbing.
