  Always depend on JS Watson for outstanding customer service, professional and friendly team members. Show up on time and do great work. In addition to the semiannual maintenance Jose removed and cleans the blower fan.

  Carlos was polite and worked diligently on my HVAC unit. I appreciate that . My old doggy and I need AC in this Florida heat as we are both old and have health challenges. I feel that this company is honest and trustworthy. That means a lot. They are professionals but are kind and understanding. I will use them again for maintenance on my unit and/or replacement if necessary . Carlos even went the extra mile and fixed a hole left previously by another AC company , not with Watson. This was my first time using Watson.

  Rasheem was literally the best. Explained everything to me during the process, educated me on proper maintenance, went above and beyond even cleaning around my vents where it had accumulated dust, and cherry on top gave my cat lots of pets which I found very endearing. Definitely sticking with JS Watson and I hope he’s always the one to service my house.

  I had an issue overnight with my AC and they had someone out within hours!! Rasheem Scott visited my home to check out the issue and he was able to pin point the problem right away. He fixed it with minimal fuss and he was extremely efficient. He cleaned up after himself and left the place spotless. My dogs give him a warm welcome and he was great with them which helps when someone comes inside . I am very happy with the service I received today and the job. Good job Rasheem! Thanks
