I paid $145 for a diagnostic, which was significantly more expensive than other HVAC companies in the area. The technician was professional during the visit, but after the appointment, there was no communication. I did not receive an invoice, repair estimate, or any follow-up. I had to call the company myself multiple times to request information. In the end, I chose another company for the repair because I could not get the communication and responsiveness I needed. Professional service doesn’t end when the diagnostic is complete. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not use this company again.
