The techs are alway knowledgeable and efficient. Recently, Robert Oiler came out on a Friday afternoon after I called in a panic that the system wasn't running correctly. He took the time to explain everything to me and made the necessary repairs. Rocket Cooling has great service and really focuses on taking care of the client.
