From the beginning, in a new home, with our air exchanger in the ceiling by 3 bedrooms they proceeded to service it incorrectly, had to install a new one at our expense and totally did a terrible job. They rushed through the install and we had MAJOR water damage. To the tune of $35K. They knew it was their fault and proceeded to tell us to get it repaired and they would pick up the bill. This has been three months and we have seen no reimbursement!
