The technician (Brad Sanders) barely performed the actual maintenance — the drain line was never cleared, the coils were not fully cleaned, and the service felt rushed and incomplete. The entire appointment seemed more focused on pushing a new system sale than properly servicing the equipment I already have. I paid for a maintenance, not a sales pitch. If you are expecting a thorough and professional service, I would look elsewhere.
