  Called for service, they sent a technician ( Torie) out to fix a bunch of broken heads and to make some slight adjustments. She removed programs I didn’t know I had that was confusing my controller. They sent a text that they were on the way, and Torie made a call after the text to let me know when she would arrive. Pricing was explained prior to any repairs being made. Torie got my system going again and explained the programs changes she made… we also discussed zone timing, length of watering and came up with a game plan to get my yard looking good again. A+ job to Torie!!! She was personable, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for honesty, accountability and qualified service or installation … I recommend Coastal Irrigation and I recommend you request Torie.

  Technician was great! Knowledgeable and courteous. Quick and easy repairs. He marked off my water line to prevent future issues. Offered service plans for maintenance.

  We just had two of the hardest working men we've ever seen working on rerouting our water. They worked nonstop in this Florida heat and were polite, good-natured, and resolved an issue that could've potentially led to neighbor issues. We thank both gentlemen who put several hours into completely the job. Their work ethic is incredible. Rarely do you find companies whose employees are so competent and friendly. We highly recommend Coastal Irrigation if you need quality work done by qualified men. Thanks again gentlemen. We appreciate you both.
