  My irrigation system developed a significant leak in the solenoid box. It appears that the leaks were in the water lines attached to the inline sprinkler valves. The sprinkler system was installed in 2010 and in need of maintenance. David, my Coastal Technician, recommended that the inline water supply lines and the valves be replaced. I was pleased with David’s professionalism and craftsmanship.

  We recently had a persistent leak at our property, and after another irrigation company failed to fix it, Coastal Irrigation sent out a technician who also wasn’t able to resolve the issue. We were told the leak was repaired, but by the next morning it had started right back up. We were frustrated and honestly losing confidence — until Coastal apologized and sent Tori. From the moment Tori arrived, everything changed. She showed up with professionalism, confidence, and a level of expertise that immediately put us at ease. She explained every detail clearly, took the time to walk us through the issue, and made sure we understood exactly what was happening. Even though she didn’t have the necessary parts with her that evening, she still managed to temporarily stop the leak to prevent further damage. She returned the very next day fully prepared, repaired the leak correctly, and then went above and beyond by checking every single line in our irrigation system to ensure everything was functioning perfectly. In the four years we’ve had this system, Tori is by far the best technician we have ever worked with. She is thorough, particular, professional, and truly committed to getting the job done right the first time. We were so impressed that we immediately called Coastal and requested that she be our technician going forward.   Grant arrived promptly, quickly identified the cause of my sudden loss of water, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was professional, efficient, and wasted no time getting to the root of the issue.
