  Disappointing Experience with Ace Handyman Services I paid $200 for a service visit to address a problem with the door of my condo that needs alignment. The handy man arrived late: He could not figure out his GPS so he sat on the side of the road for one hour. He arrived without any tools or spare parts. He also could not give me a receipt because he admitted he needed training with his work iPad. After spending time troubleshooting the lock myself and with Schlage it became clear that the problem is with the door. Instead of carrying a proper repair, the handyman demonstrated a workaround the problem. I asked for a refund. That was denied. Instead one of the supervisors arrived this morning on time and agreed with the workaround. This does not resolve my concerns about the quality and value of the service provided. When you pay $200 for professional handyman services, you expect and deserve a proper assessment, a clear explanation of the problem, and a satisfactory solution - not simply a workaround. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Ace Handyman services .

  Our serviceman Doyle was excellent! We have used him before and he is very courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. We will always ask for him. 5 Stars!
