- IIiloconsultingJul 22, 20265.0We had our all our windows and lanai sliders installed by WCWD in 2021. We recently noticed a leak on one of the windows. I contacted Laura in Service and she was able to have Eric come by and take a look. Eric was quickly able to identify the most probably source of the leak. He provided repair instructions that I could easily implement on my own. Really appreciate the fast response and professional results I was provided after the sale. I can easily recommend them for your next window project.
- LHLaurie HopeDec 22, 20212.0I purchased windows a while ago at the time though VERY Expensive I was happy however, I recently started having issues with them. After several calls I spoke to the owner who said he was not sure what they could do but, he would get someone to come over and take a look. It's a security issue so I really want this addressed. That was last week still waiting on the tech to come take a look.

- JPJose PaganFeb 12, 20191.0I am Arelis Rivera, I can not recommend this company. I ordered a Door on 11/14/2018, Three months passed to deliver my Door. They told me three different dates to deliver the door because the door came from California. This Door is not fancy, it is a normal Door. These people are not professionals, I was the one who called to know the status of the Door. They never called to tell me that the Door arrived. I was the one who called to know about the door, on February 6 2019, my husband went to pick up the door. This Door after three months of waiting, the Door has damage and West coast does not want to be responsible for fixing the Door. This company is not professional and does not help the client. My Door cost 1,700 dollars and it has a great damage. The customer service is bad. Now they say that we caused the damage. I am an honest person and I do not have to lie. The door came with a damage and it was not caused by us.
