Beau and Troy have been in our community painting 13 buildings for us in Fairway Villas. What a great job! Our community looks fresh and clean and beautiful again. They answered all our resident’s questions and made our community comfortable throughout the whole project! Thanks guys for a job well-done!

This is a first class excellent painting company. Attention to detail is perfect and they are very customer friendly. My HOA (Park Brook/Citrus Park) hired them and I have only heard compliments about Munyan from every neighbor I spoke with!! The supervisor on the job, G, goes out of his way to help when there is a special request (I needed my porch done first as I had visitors the next day) and he accommodated my request. I 100% would recommend Munyan. Thanks so much G and to all your crew. They seem to always have a smile on their faces!

Munyan Roofing / Troy Whitfield and Javier So grateful to share our experience with Munyan Roofing. Recently, after a hard overnight rain, we woke up and found water pouring into our family room from the ceiling. I immediately began searching for a roofer and contacted three, 5 star roofing companies to come out and give us a quote one of which was Munyan. I was anxious to get this taken care of quickly as we take care of our two young grandchildren and we were worried about their safety. One of the companies I called was Munyan Repaint. Restore. Renew. I had prior experience with them, not for roofing, but for some handyman work. I was very impressed with the considerate and knowledgeable help we received. They referred me to Troy Whitfield who worked for Munyan Roofing. Out of the 3 companies who came to look at my flat roof, Troy Whitfield was the only one who actually got up and walked the roof. He was so considerate, compassionate and knowledgeable. I knew he was the one for the job. Not only that, he immediately asked permission to come over and place a tarp on our roof as rain was returning. His sidekick roofer Javier was with him and they did an outstanding job from beginning to end. The tarp was a blessing and kept the water out until they were able to install a new roof. The pictures I am including are from the first day of roofing and the tear down. The yard was full of debris and the next day they would be returning . I was amazed that they left the yard neat as a pin and removed all debris and nails even though the work would be continuing the next day. There is not enough room in this post to share how great these guys are at their job. We will always go to Munyan in the future!

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. The painters not only did a poor-quality job, but they also damaged my property by ruining my screen and breaking my patio entrance door. It’s been over two weeks, and they still haven’t been able to properly fix the damage they caused. To make matters worse, the company placed its advertising sign at the entrance of our community, even though it’s not allowed. We removed it, and they came back and put it up again, showing complete disregard for the community’s rules. This company is unprofessional, careless, and shows no respect for its customers or the neighborhoods they work in. I would not recommend them to anyone.
