  My first experience with Mr Sparky out if Clearwater FL was yesterday. It was an excellent all around experience for me. This started with Jay whom helped to collect my information and ensure that I would be able to get a timeslot asap. Jay was very friendly and professional, live person answering a phone is always appreciated. Once my information was collected and my time was set-they did an excellent job in making sure that they were communicating all throughout prior to my electrician being en-route and on his way. I appreciate having my expectations properly set-especially when dealing with a new "company". Ok.... Electrician arrives.... The "company" is now personified. Chris showed up on time, was very friendly, and very quick to jump in and work on the replacement of an old gfi in the kitchen. I explained to Chris that I am a weekend warrior... He respected that- or atleast I thought he did because he didnt whisper anything under he breath as he did a simple but timely outlet replacement. I will definitely be using Mr Sparky-Clearwater---Chris in the future. I will also share their information with my friends and family.

  I want to take a moment to give Ronald a well-deserved review for the electrical work he did for me tonight. Ronald was professional, knowledgeable, and very respectful throughout the job. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I understood the work involved with installing my new electrical panel. The installation was handled carefully and professionally, and I really appreciated Ronald’s attention to detail. Electrical panel work is something you want done correctly and safely, and Ronald gave me confidence that the job was being handled the right way. He worked hard and stayed focused on getting everything installed properly. The job isn’t completely finished yet, and Ronald is scheduled to come back tomorrow to finish up the remaining work. Even though there is still a little left to complete, I wanted to leave this review now because I’m very happy with the work and service I’ve received so far. Ronald has been dependable, courteous, and easy to communicate with, which makes a big difference when having electrical work done in your home. I would definitely recommend Ronald to anyone who needs an electrician. He clearly takes pride in his work and cares about doing the job properly rather than rushing through it. I’m looking forward to having him back tomorrow to complete everything, and based on the experience so far, I’m very pleased with the service. Thank you, Ronald, for your hard work tonight and for taking care of my electrical panel installation. I appreciate your professionalism and look forward to seeing the finished job tomorrow!

  I’m giving Ronald and Mister Sparky five stars based on the excellent experience I’ve had so far and the professionalism Ronald has shown from the very beginning. While the actual electrical work has not been completed yet, I’m already very impressed with Ronald and feel confident about having him handle the upcoming work. Ronald has been friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions, and explain everything clearly. I really appreciate that he never made me feel rushed or pressured and was willing to take the time to make sure I understood what to expect. Good communication and customer service are extremely important to me, and Ronald has definitely delivered in that area. He has been courteous, respectful, and easy to communicate with, which has made the entire process much less stressful. You can tell that he takes his job seriously and genuinely cares about providing customers with a positive experience. I’ll be working with Ronald and Mister Sparky soon to complete the electrical work, and I’m really looking forward to it. Based on my experience with Ronald so far, I have every reason to believe the work will be handled with the same level of professionalism and attention to detail. I wanted to leave this five-star review because great customer service deserves to be recognized, even before the work begins.   Ronald and Antonio came out to my house to take a look at installing a Tesla charger. Ronald was leading the visit while training Antonio, and even though they didn’t end up earning my business this time, that had nothing to do with the service they provided. Ronald had excellent energy from the moment he arrived. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what he was doing while also teaching Antonio along the way. That stood out to me. At the end of the day, I received a better quote elsewhere, which was completely outside of their control. But if I need electrical work done at my house in the future, these are the two young men I would specifically ask to work with me. Ronald, keep that energy. You represented your company extremely well, and just as importantly, you were setting a strong example for Antonio. Customer service like that deserves to be recognized. 💪🏾

  I lost total power to my double wide mobile home and called mister sparky's for a free diagnostic service call. They informed me that I needed a new power box on the power Pole, behind my home and new conduit from the power Pole to my home, total cost $17000. As I sat pouring sweat in my sweltering home with my kitties, panting and limp and my daughter also pouring sweat, trying to gather her stuff for the 1st day of high school, the next day, I was in shock at the price.. The well-trained salesman assured me everything would be okay. They could get me financing through their lenders, and I would have a monthly payment of about a $150. Well even with a 720 credit score and low income to debt ratio, I was turned down for the loan. So they got me approved for 2 seperate loans, equaling $16,000 with a monthly payment of $379 for 6 years! I had to leave the room twice to go cry. I'm a single mom and have an aging mother on social security who also depends on me financially.So this is a big hit for me. Of course, I know nothing about electricity other than how to jump a car. And replace batteries in my remote, so I had no way of knowing whether what they were telling me was accurate. They assured me a second opinion would only waste valuable time and they would have me back in my home by the next evening. I accepted the loans and agreed to have them do the job starting the next morning. Later that evening once everyone was cooled off, I spent a little time researching and found I was being grossly overcharged. I informed the electrician salesman Ben that I would be getting a couple of other estimates. He had had numerous reasons why I should not do that. I had to tell him several times not to start the job the next day that I will be getting other estimates. I found an AMAZING electrician, Named Lewis, owner of Honest Hanks, who did a beautiful job finding the damaged power line. Replacing it and had me back in my home within 36 hours.Total price $1850!!! Ben from Mr. Sparkys was going to replace my breaker box for $3000, which is just fine.The power box on the power pole , which is fine, and run about a hundred and fifty feet of conduit that I did not need. I can only imagine that Ben is on commission, and that he would've made a large sum of money off of me. It's very disheartening to think that he would have been willing to let me work for the next 6 years to pay off what he got from this job. I cannot thank Lewis (and Stuart his trusted employee) from Honest Hanks enough. There are literally no words!
