  Charging $360 to replace a $ 30 to $40 capacitor? It litterly took tops 15 min plus travel time. Fair would at least be $100 less. The excuse is thats their standard rate. Oh well guess I need to move on from this service.

  Andrew did a great job of explaining exactly what’s wrong with my air conditioner! And he even came back into remind us the hose was still on! What a nice guy And knowledgeable

  They helped guide us through the process of replacing our 20yo AC unit. Thier whole team was very professional and knowledgeable. They did the whole unit replacement in 1 day. Passed inspection first try. Recently, our thermostat turned off, thought vacuuming the drain pipe would resolve it but it didn't. Our technician was very professional and walked me through the steps I missed so we dont go without air again for something trivial. Highly recommend Jenergy.

  Jen is awesome and got us all set up so fast. Tony and Ray installed our new AC and they were great. We woke up to no working AC and we had an entirely new condenser and handler by 4PM the same day. That's what I call getting a job done fast - and Tony and Ray were so good I'll be looking forward to having our future maintenance done. I highly recommend Jen's company - She is great to work with! Thanks Jen!

  Our condo HVAC system required full replacement. I called Jenergy Air Services on Monday morning. I spoke to Robin and she was so kind and understanding. Jen came by on Monday afternoon and provided three choices for full HVAC replacement. All three choices were priced significantly lower than other local companies. Additionally, zero percent interest financing was also available! The care and customer service to come out same day when our system was down, provide affordable solutions with 0% financing and a quick installation turnaround, Jenergy Air Services gets a 10,000/10 from us! Communication was so convenient and easy. Phone calls and texts kept me updated on required permitting, scheduling and other important details. Installation was handled by a team of 2 professionals: Ray and Tony. They both were polite, professional and methodically performed the removal of our old system and installation of our new condenser, air handler and thermostat. Ray and Tony took the extra care to be tidy and neat while performing the work inside our home. They even cleaned the area thoroughly before wrapping up for the day. Thank you to the entire team at Jenergy Air Services for getting us cool again during the hot Florida summer!
