  No one likes when you need an AC repair or maintenance but if you do, Jenergy is who you need to call. You can schedule an appointment online after hours which gave me a piece of mind knowing someone was coming "tomorrow". My technician Andrew was personable and efficient. He kept me in the loop every step of the way. After learning there would be a delay in getting the part he was able to set me up with a portable unit to get me through the weekend. When the part came in early, they called to see if they could come a day early! I switched my maintenance to them and will always use them for my HVAC needs.

  George was prompt, efficient, and very professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything he was doing and made sure to answer all of our questions. He did an excellent job, and we truly appreciated his attention to detail and clear communication!

  Their technician, Andrew, was thoroughly professional. He showed up early, completed all inspections and maintenance. And then when over his report, explaining what he had done. Excellent experience.
