His service was very professional, thorough, and informative. I would have given the full 5 stars but he didn't leave the quote finantial numbers with the brochure for the UV light purchase and installation that he recommended. So I'm not sure I'll be getting the same numbers if I call to purchase it.

- JCJoseph CoutureApr 9, 20261.0I would like to share a complaint. The technician attempted to charge me 400 dollars for a roughly 40 part (breaker switch). He stated he could not diagnose the issue until the breaker was replaced, and at the time, it was dark so a return visit was required. I also paid the $79 diagnosis fee. Once he replaced the breaker switch, he stated that it was the compressor causing the issue and it would be $5000. I said I would need to discuss with the spouse. Meanwhile, I had another technician preform the repair, a breaker switch was not needed and the compressor was not the issue, it was the fan motor. I essentially saved roughly 5400 by using another provider and paid less than 7.5% of what Air Rescue was asking OTD. I'm quite disappointed as I've trusted them before and wonder now how much money I lost following their advice in the past. Now I'm 79 dollars short for nothing.
