  On Monday I noticed my AC leaking and felt a little panicked. I called Vortex and they were able to have someone come out and replace my AC in a few days. All the employees were so incredibly kind. The installment was delayed a day because of the weather and they had a supervisor come to my home to inform me. They made sure I was comfortable the whole time without AC in the dead of heat in the summer. I was given a fair price for the new AC unit and free maintenance for a year and a warranty. This is a family owned business and I am very satisfied with my experience.

  Finding an HVAC company you can truly trust can be difficult, but this team completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment they arrived, they treated my home with respect and took the time to thoroughly inspect my system instead of immediately trying to sell me expensive equipment. They explained what they were seeing in plain language, answered every question I had, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. What really stood out was their honesty. I was fully expecting to hear that my aging air conditioner needed to be replaced because that’s what I had been preparing for financially. He explained that while my system was older, it still had plenty of life left with proper maintenance. That kind of honesty saved me thousands of dollars and earned my trust immediately. The technicians are professional, punctual, and respectful throughout the entire process. They wore shoe covers inside the house, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure I understood everything before leaving.   I called Vortex about an issue with my AC. They replied very quickly and solved my problem quickly. They were very hones and up front with what needed to be done. I highly recommend them for any AC work

  You are very welcome. And I'm glad my wife was able to bring me what I needed for them. I was told by my mother, if you want something done right ask a woman. I'm not a biologist, but I know my Mum was a woman. LOL I worked in the service industry after my Military service with independent companies like yours, and eventually did 20 years with GE A/C and appliance repair. I know what it's like to be appreciated when my customers saw what had to be done, and I met or exceeded their expectations. The difference was I was never in customers homes for the duration that they were. Doing a very difficult job in the heat of the attic repairing, and sealing the ducts. Then removing every supply vent, cleaning it and running the vacuum sweeper through each supply duct removing whatever accumulation had built up over the years. I also had the Reme Halo LED purification system installed. Its hard to find young men or women to work in this industry. Dallas and Billy Jr were very personable and answered all my questions, and systematically did everything I was told they were going to do. While being careful and respecting our home by covering items to protect them from debris, and in the end cleaning up after themselves. I would also like to give some credit to Michael, who came out to do the estimate. So all said and done you have 3 winners, and assets in my opinion that are representing your company well, and met and exceeded my expectations. Thank you kindly, D.C.R.
