  100% satisfied with our experience at Williford Flooring! We found what we needed with their selection, had a prompt and thorough measure appointment, and comprehensive estimate. We were able to add in floor prep as needed, upgrade our baseboards, and make a last minute add of shoe mold (which had been recommended originally by Williford and removed from the contract.) The install team laid a perfect herringbone in the foyer and cut my door casings and hearth brick for a gorgeous fit!!!

  Williford did our floors 16 years ago when we bought our house. We had a portion of the floor that had water damage and needed replacing. They did an excellent job matching the 16 year old floors. No one will be able to tell it was a repair!

  Williford Flooring did an exceptional job from beginning to end. We initially consulted them over a remodel of our 1960 house which had some damaged parquet flooring. They were the only flooring company we spoke with that was able to find a parquet wood product. They not only did an excellent job installing the replacement parquet but also stained the wood to an exact match of the existing surrounding parquet. Williford also helped us choose a new 3 inch wood plank floor for the master bedroom which blends perfectly with the overall 1960s remodel. All aspects of their work - knowledge, professionalism, communication, prompt service, and outstanding quality - was top notch. Would highly recommend.

  The only people I trust with our 100 yr old home. When the floors were damaged it took FOREVER for the insurance claim to settle. They hung in there with me and made sure that it floors came out right. What I really appreciate is being able to work with someone when things AREN’T perfect to turn it around so everyone ends up happy. Thank you Paul and Loretta and the whole team.
