  Speedy Tech is very communicative - you'll know where you stand in their process every step of the way. Tech Shawn was great. Great attitude, explained the process and provided great service. I definitely recommend their service. They are highly organized, efficient and transparent about pricing. Great service.

  Shawn is the tech who came to diagnose what was wrong with my hvac unit. Needless to say I ended up getting a 2nd opinion from another company. From left to right, the plug that goes into the outlet outside was starting to melt, center-the black piece I’m pointing at is the start of the issue inside the cover and the pipes going up and lastly this piece was so hot you could cook an egg on it with no problem. I had a video showing at the bottom that there is air and water leaking. He wrote up quotes starting at $3000 up to $7000 and the 2nd opinion only $1500. That’s awful really really awful.

  We had an amazing experience with our plumber. From start to finish, he was kind, professional, thorough, and incredibly pleasant to work with. He took the time to explain everything clearly so we understood exactly what was being done and never made us feel rushed. He was very respectful of both our time and our home, working carefully and cleanly throughout the entire job. What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about providing great customer service while also delivering excellent workmanship. His skill and knowledge were just as impressive as his professionalism and friendliness. It’s rare to find someone who combines outstanding customer service with such high-quality work. We truly appreciated his honesty, patience, and attention to detail, and we would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

  We had a sudden air conditioning issue arise that caused the house to reach a temperature of 90 degrees. Shawn came out and diagnosed it for us. He then continued to resolve it and had no hesitation doing so even with it being after hours. Shawn is very knowledge and I highly recommend using speed tech services with any a/c needs.

  I just had Dalton provide me with a quote for a basic water heater changeout. The appointment was initially scheduled for yesterday at 8 am, but was cancelled by their office due to staffing issues. I rescheduled for this morning at 8 am, but no one showed until almost 11 am! The quote I received was $1,000 more than what I had recently received from a competitor and Dalton refused to provide me with a written copy of the quote! Approximately 15 minutes after the appointment had concluded, I received a knock on my door by Dalton, demanding an $89 service fee when I was specifically informed over the phone and via e-mail that the quote would be free. Of course, I refused to pay, but the lack of professionalism and ethics from Speedy Tech Services left me shocked! I will add that my request for a copy of the quote be e-mailed to me was also denied by Dalton.
