  Shawn was great! Very friendly, thorough, and professional. He took the time to explain everything in a clear and understandable way and was completely unbothered by my annoying, needy dogs 😂🐶 Honestly, his patience deserves its own training arc. Would definitely recommend Speedy Tech Services!

  The whole experience with speedy Tech services,was a very pleasant and worth while experience. I had a hot water tank replaced.The whole process was very professional. courteous and done in a very timely manner. They also provide financing I highly recommend them thank you Mr. John Gottschalk

  This review is my experience with one of the most unprofessional outfits I’ve ever dealt with. My wife made an appointment for a service checkup. As the checkup was winding the young fellow approached us with some photos of a horribly dirty unit and said our system was leaking refrigerant around the top of the compressor as well as the evaporator in the attic. I inquired about a cost to repair. Je went to his truck for a few minutes and came back saying the parts needed were no longer available. I said on how much to replace? He said he’d need to get with a “sales guy”. Lo and behold twenty minutes later the sales guy shows up and spends the next two and a half hours in a high pressure sales pitch. They wanted to sell me a nearly $15K unit. I continually told him I wanted to do some more research on my own and then make a decision. He simply would not accept that answer. I finally had to not so nicely ask him to leave my home. I contacted another AC professional recommended by a friend. He came out inspected my unit thoroughly and found that it was slightly low on Freon. He added a bit of gas and $200 later my AC has been working perfectly for months. The unit this outfit is selling is a third tear construction grade carrier product with an average Proformance history at best. I would never recommend this outfit to anyone. They push their premium package at nearly $15K and it’s full of worthless guarantees and supposed warranty’s that don’t amount to a hill of beans. Please do t fall for their slick sales pitch!

  Scheduled a yearly maintenance had a tech come out. After checking over the unit he comes back with a work order equaling over 5k in repairs. Did not do the maintenance on my unit refused cause he claimed there was a leak. Insisted on a salesman to come and quote for a replacement unit. We agreed to have a salesman come out today Monday morning. Salesman shows up and we in inform him we have 2 other companies coming out as well to quote for a replacement. Upon hearing this, he then says he can't provide a quote as their prices change daily. Explained that after the other 2 companies come and provide a quote to call them back with the competition pricing and then they would provide a quote. Refused to quote us this morning. In my opinion this company thought they were the only option we had. Will never use this company again. Update: Melanie the owner harassed me via phone calls and texts for over an hour asking to remove the 1star review. About her response your salesman never stepped foot in my house once he heard that I was getting additional quotes. We did not deny him access to do any measurements as we wanted a quote on a new unit. Between the pushey tech and salesman that refused to provide a quote and the owner harassing me afterwards I would never recommend this company. The hard pill to swallow is Speedy Tech lost the sale and I'm currently having a brand new system installed by citrus air. Call them for any HVAC needs as they are a reputable business. Have a most wonderful day!!!!!
