  Great customer service. Everyone I talked to was super nice. Steven came out to fix my issue. He talked to me about what was going on with my air conditioner. He immediately got to work. He was very honest and upfront with cost and with what was causing the problem. He fixed the issue and did a great job. And the cost was very affordable. Super nice guy. I really appreciate everything he did. Highly recommend!! Thank you very much!!

  Our A/C stopped working during the current heat wave and being new to the area and not having personal knowledge of or a relationship with any HVAC companies we selected Price Busters after reading some of the positive reviews of the company. We are extremely happy with our decision! Brandon (service technician) texted when he was on his way and was very helpful and professional in explaining what he was doing and why while he determined what was wrong with our system. Fortunately, it was a part that he had in his van, and he was able to get us back up running in no time! He also went over and above in explaining what probably caused the part to fail to help us avoid issues in the future. We are happy to say we would highly recommend Brandon and Price Busters!

  I need to tell you about Price Busters. We are so impressed! Thank you, Greg Allen (the technician), from Price Busters Heating & Air Conditioning LLC! Yesterday, first time issue down here, our A/C gave out. The temp in the house rose to 84° yesterday - just awful, especially after having spent all DAY in the sun! The blower was blowing, but no cool air whatsoever was coming out. In scheduling, the office could not have been nicer and more personable. It turns out, our expansion valve in our A/C unit needed replacement, the defunct one not allowing refrigerant to flow through the system expansion valve, in order for the system to cool. And, luckily, our unit is still under warranty with Rheem, which helped. The price for a job well done was excellent, too! He finished the job in just over two hours and the A/C works excellently once again! A certain other company which is used a lot still has its original logo and name but was bought out by investors, so the client has to have them return over and over or they are like my sister at Schalamar who, in the peak of summer last year (much hotter than right now!), were forced to wait for their warrantied part for nearly 9 *WEEKS!* They were suffering unnecessarily, along with a dog and two cats as well as the two of them! Nothing of the KIND went wrong with Price Busters! They ordered the part yesterday as an emergency need, and were here instantly this morning at around 8:40 to start. Accolades! 💚

  I called Prince Busters for a second opinion because another AC company stated that I needed a new $ 12,000 unit. Prince Busters tech inspected my unit and cleared it as good working condition. Ladies, if you don't want to get taken advantage of, these are your people. Highly recommend! Thank you, James.

  Shout out to Dave and steve for coming out here and taking care of me. I was quoted multiple times for thousands of dollars but Dave and Steve went above and beyond for me telling me in detail what to look out for and repaired my unit for about 500$(my unit is 17 years old, yeah I know I need a new one) the fact that they warranty their repairs for 30 days is awesome. Bottom line is if you want honest guys with honest pricing call them, it’s worth it.
