  I highly recommend Payne Air Conditioning & Heating for your HVAC repairs and maintenance. Technician Roberto Garcia arrived on time and did a thorough evaluation of the system. He clearly explained everything that was needed and went to work. Roberto was polite and professional throughout the service call. Will definitely call them again when there’s a problem.

  This is a company I can recommend with great confidence.....As a Real Estate Broker, I come across many unique situations. Property owner reached out to us to Manage the property. (bought new 22') Turns out bathroom register was never connected to AC system. AC was just pumping in attic and attic air 125 degrees was bellowing in dwelling. We contacted the builder first, They actually told owner this was the exhaust vent and it was normal, Once I sent thermal imaging, story changes to it the owner's fault for not catching earlier. I informed builder, building dept. Viewed sticker on neighbor's condenser and contacted Payne, Wayne was my contact there and was great to work with. Colton and Cesar arrived on site and where early like I was ... Knocked out this task while attic still reasonable in temp. They were quite knowledgeable too, not everyone is. Only found a few that know inverter tech, single power source systems, geo thermal. We talked brands, reliability, and current problems facing some brands manufacturing. I will be using them for area they cover within the 13 counties I cover managing residential homes...

  They’re the real deal! I’m so appreciative for this company and their employees. I’m newer to the Lakeland area and am so grateful that they’re here to assist with all HVAC needs. They’ve come to my home before to replace a capacitor and this time when I called it was nearing the end of the work day and my home was 80 degrees and beyond. I was frantic as I have a young child. I booked a hotel that was out of cribs and my son could not get settled and go to sleep.. It is now after 11:00 at night and this nice gentleman Norberto is here when he has to be back to it first thing tomorrow morning. They show up when they say they will even after putting in a full day of work to get all of the jobs done. There’s something to be said about. Thank you Payne Air Conditioning and Heating. I’m so thankful. Highly recommend!
