Five stars for Lilley Air Conditioning and their super tech JR! I needed someone on short notice, and they delivered. JR did a fabulous job checking my equipment and went above and beyond by educating me on how to maintain my home's air temperature, proper filtering, and types of air vents among other things. Excellent, professional service. Please pass along my sincere thanks to JR for his professionalism. You have earned a loyal customer! Highly recommend!
Top notch service. JR was great, very friendly. He took care of my issue quickly and made sure the house was cooling properly before leaving. He even called later in the afternoon clo check in that everything was still good. Thanks JR!!

In my experience, they deserve 0 stars // Lilley A/C is one of the most unprofessional HVAC companies I have dealt with.
They installed a central AC system in my home, let it operate for nearly two months, and then removed it without any warning. The day before, their technicians were on my property and were not upfront about their intentions. They returned late on a Friday, removed the entire system, and left me without air conditioning for the weekend in the Florida heat.
The removal left damage inside my home, including flooring issues that now need repair.
I have video documentation of the technicians and the condition they left behind, and I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
If you value honesty, communication, and accountability, I would strongly recommend choosing another company.

These guys are a joke. They never stay longer than 10min, always have an excuse other than their ignorance as to why your A/C is broken and they don't even properly diagnose the issue without charging you for a few return visits first. My unit has a leak and the tech magically guessed the condenser is bad without charging the system to find the leak. So now he's got the office ordering the part, not sure when it'll be in but the office will be in touch...
