  Love Lilley Air Conditioning Inc.! They installed our unit 10 years ago and have been my "go to company" ever since. We had a cooling problem this week, right as the heat index hit 107 degrees. I called and they responded quickly — no small thing in this Florida heat! Turned out our unit was very dirty and needed a professional cleaning. JR was the tech who came out, and he does outstanding work! Even on a brutal hot day, he tackled the job quickly and efficiently. When I asked if he could check my duct work under the house, he happily accommodated. JR got us cooling again fast. I highly recommend asking for him by name when you need service. He even texted later to make sure the unit was still running properly — that kind of follow-up is unheard of these days! Highly recommend Lilley Air Conditioning, and especially JR. Five stars all around.

  I've used this company extensively, for 3 new AC unit installations across 3 different houses, plus ongoing maintenance and service calls in between. Across all of that, they've been consistently excellent. Response time is fast whenever I call for a service issue, and the technicians get straight to resolving the problem without dragging things out or trying to upsell me on things I don't need. The new unit installations were handled smoothly and professionally each time. Pricing has been fair and reasonable throughout, for installs and for one-off service calls alike. What really stands out is that every single interaction, from the office staff scheduling appointments to the technicians on-site, has been friendly and professional. Having relied on them for multiple installs and repeat maintenance across three properties, I can say this is a company you can trust to get it right every time. Highly recommend.

  Five stars for Lilley Air Conditioning and their super tech JR! I needed someone on short notice, and they delivered. JR did a fabulous job checking my equipment and went above and beyond by educating me on how to maintain my home's air temperature, proper filtering, and types of air vents among other things. Excellent, professional service. Please pass along my sincere thanks to JR for his professionalism. You have earned a loyal customer! Highly recommend!

  Top notch service. JR was great, very friendly. He took care of my issue quickly and made sure the house was cooling properly before leaving. He even called later in the afternoon clo check in that everything was still good. Thanks JR!!

  In my experience, they deserve 0 stars // Lilley A/C is one of the most unprofessional HVAC companies I have dealt with. They installed a central AC system in my home, let it operate for nearly two months, and then removed it without any warning. The day before, their technicians were on my property and were not upfront about their intentions. They returned late on a Friday, removed the entire system, and left me without air conditioning for the weekend in the Florida heat. The removal left damage inside my home, including flooring issues that now need repair. I have video documentation of the technicians and the condition they left behind, and I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If you value honesty, communication, and accountability, I would strongly recommend choosing another company.
