  I originally contacted this company because a friend referred them to me after I had several bad experiences with my previous HVAC company. I was hoping I had finally found a trustworthy company. They installed and repaired my A/C system and recommended several upgrades, including a computer system update and a UV light for the evaporator. I agreed to all of their recommendations because I wanted the system done right. A few months later, my A/C controller failed, and they replaced that as well. I also purchased their maintenance plan, which specifically included routine drain cleaning. Not long after the maintenance service, my A/C stopped working again. I was told the condensate drain was clogged, causing the evaporator to freeze. I questioned how the drain could already be clogged when I had just paid them to service and clean it. After calling his manager, the technician changed the diagnosis and told me the real problem was a bad contactor that was preventing the blower from operating correctly, which supposedly caused the evaporator to freeze. I paid another $700–$800 for that repair, and they cleaned the drain again. About a month later, I experienced the exact same problem another clogged drain and a frozen evaporator. This time, I was told I needed a new blower and insulation for approximately $3,000. When I pointed out that they had diagnosed the same symptoms differently just a month earlier, the technician called his manager again, and they immediately offered me a $700 discount on the repair. That did not inspire confidence, so I declined and decided to get a second opinion. Instead, I came home and cleaned the drain myself. Since then, my A/C has been working perfectly, and the blower they claimed needed replacement has had no issues whatsoever. My biggest disappointment is not just the money I spent, it’s the inconsistent diagnoses. The same symptoms resulted in completely different explanations each visit, and I was repeatedly encouraged to approve expensive repairs. After paying for upgrades, repairs, and a maintenance plan, I expected accurate troubleshooting and preventive maintenance, not repeated breakdowns and changing diagnoses. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I would strongly encourage anyone facing an expensive repair recommendation to get a second opinion before authorizing the work.

  The techs that are sent out are ALWAYS great, this one was Joel! The texts are always great again however for the clients to come on here and give a review just so the tech can get a measly $10 is ridiculous. Joel and all of the text that go out and work in this damn Heat deserve a whole lot more than a $10 bonus! Thank you Joel for everything you did to help me out I appreciate you!

  Will not call this company again. The technician did not even check the freon before trying to sell me $2400 in repairs. A second company looked at my unit the next day and said no repairs were necessary. Looks like your ‘“system maintenance” plan is nothing more than an opportunity for the company to sell unnecessary and outrageously priced service.
