  We looked at many homes in Lakeland. Our son goes to Florida Southern & is ready to move on his own...Why RENT when you can get a Fabulous home in a GREAT area/gated community within walking distance to lakeside village with so many incredible amenities! Mark Devasto-- very patient, very personable, explains everything with detail, never pushy ...just an overall GREAT GUY through the whole process... New home OWNERS in an amazing GRASSLANDS community!!!

  We’ve had a great experience building our home in this community. From the very beginning, the communication has been excellent—they’ve kept us informed and updated every step of the way throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Mark DeVasto, the sales consultant, who has been outstanding. He is incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to answer questions, and consistently goes above and beyond to help buyers get the home they truly want. His support has made a big difference in our experience. Overall, we’ve felt well taken care of and confident in our decision to build here. Highly recommend!
