  We looked at many homes in Lakeland. Our son goes to Florida Southern & is ready to move on his own...Why RENT when you can get a Fabulous home in a GREAT area/gated community within walking distance to lakeside village with so many incredible amenities! Mark Devasto-- very patient, very personable, explains everything with detail, never pushy ...just an overall GREAT GUY through the whole process... New home OWNERS in an amazing GRASSLANDS community!!!

  Grasslands West is a great community to reside in! JR Hughes which is one of the real estate agents working there, has been excellent to work with. He is knowledgeable about what’s fits best for you!
