  Very disappointing experience at Ferguson. The customer service was extremely poor, especially because I do not speak English fluently and had difficulty explaining exactly what I needed. Instead of showing patience and trying to help me, I felt uncomfortable and poorly treated, especially by an employee named Keith Connell. A language barrier should never be a reason to treat a customer differently or make them feel unwelcome. Every customer deserves respect, patience, and professional service, regardless of how well they speak English. Ferguson should provide better customer service and ensure that employees know how to respectfully assist customers who may have difficulty communicating in English.

  Understaffed. Not even able to answer phone. Go to Noland ! One month later and still not enough staff to even answer the phone.
