  I like working with EDS for my air conditioning needs. I live in a house which has a separate apartment above the garage. We therefore have two air conditioning units of air handlers and compressors of differing size. Over the last several years, EDS has not only replaced my entire system of handlers and compressors, but it also maintains them with a very cost-effective and affordable maintenance plan. In terms of service, I find the technicians to be experienced, knowledgeable, and very personable. They are willing to take their time to explain matters that aren't necessarily obvious to non-experts. They do a good job of being careful about cleanliness and lack of damage to my property. They approach their work with a friendly and professional attitude. I have purchased all of my air conditioning systems through them. I have reasonably researched everything prior to making my decision, and I would summarize the company as not necessarily being the cheapest that is available, but probably being the best value. They only sell very reputable manufacturer brands, and their pricing seems fair. Another reason why I like them is I find them to be ethical and to do business properly by the book. For example, all of their work for me in installation has always resulted in them taking a permit from the county and then having the work inspected. I would definitely recommend the company.

  EDS is the best. We have been customers since we purchased our home 3 years ago. The services we had prior didn’t even compare. The technicians are all very knowledgeable. Don’t waste time with anyone else just use EDS and save yourself a headache!

  Last June we had an issue we called them because the air was not working. They were over there within a few hours. We needed a service done. We only had a day available and they accommodate us today. The technician was extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, nice young man, and the fact they send a picture of the tech along with a little profile of him prior to our visit was really professional
