Not happy. Had them out to do a check up on my 3 year old A/C. It has been short cycling and not cooling. I have a copy of the report that says all it needed was coolant and everything else was fine. $150 later (paying for the check up AND the coolant), it is still doing the exact same thing. I don’t know how closely the tech even looked at my unit but it wasn’t helpful unfortunately. I’m looking for another company to diagnose this issue. Edit: This is not to be malicious. I’m actually leaving a review of what actually happened. Please see the invoice image. You do have very good reviews but this is absolutely true of my experience.
