  One of the technicians of the company nearly hit me with their car on lakeworth road. Putting me and my family's lives at risk over getting to a job on time is a disgusting and disgraceful thing. Please learn how to use your side mirrors to avoid nearly T boning on coming traffic.

  I purchased a brand new air conditioner from AR Williams. Couldnt be happier with the quick service and rapid install in just a few short hours. No pushy salesman to get you to buy their expensive model either. They showed me what was a available and let me choose. They haul away the old unit and leave your space clean. Dont sweat the heat this summer. Let AR williams cool your home with either a service call or new ice cold unit.

  "Dillon" was the tech that came to my home. His knowledge and expertise were quite valuable. He identified the situation and addressed it promptly. I was at work at the time and his communication and attention to detail was immaculate. A.R. Williams will be my new company for any AC concerns. Do yourself a favor and ask about their "Maintenance Club". You will thank me later.

  This company is exceptional from the moment I called. The customer service was outstanding, and they kept me informed when the technician was on his way. Mike was very respectful, informative, and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my AC. I’ve never had an AC company explain things so thoroughly before. I’m extremely happy with the service I received, and I even signed up for the service plan. Thank you for making customer service a top priority!

  I needed an ac company in a hurry after my previous service retired from the business and was fortunate to find AR Williams. They were prompt in replacing the outside and attic units. Technicians were excellent and cleaned up thoroughly. Best of all, when I call I get to speak to a real person. I couldn’t be more pleased with this company and their wonderful service. Thank you for such quick service!
