  Don’t waste your money on buying their water softeners you’d be better off buying one from lowes/Home Depot and having a plumber install it. Don’t fall for their “life time warranty “ the salesman tries to pitch you because after 5 years something goes wrong it won’t be covered and you’re left with paying $800 for new media or spend $500 on a. New Softner from home depot. Total scam wish u never went through them in the first place!!

  -5 STARS... BAD COMPANY...DONT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE THEY'LL NEVER HELP OR RESOLVE YOUR SITUATION WHEN YOU NEED THEM, ALWAYS ASKING FOR PICTURES AND STUFF YOU WONT KNOW...HAD TO LOOK FOR ANOTHER COMPANY TO MOVE MY WATER SOFTENER....

  Do not go with this company. Very misleading. I was interested in getting a Westinghouse water system after seeing a sales demo in home at a friends house. The key selling point was lifetime free yearly maintenance and lifetime warranty. The systems are pricey around 7-8,000 but thought this was a great investment knowing your system would be covered so when the time came for me to purchase I reached out to Westinghouse directly who referred me to Guardian for installation. The young man who came to my home for the demonstration was pleasurable and fairly new. I specifically asked about the lifetime warranty and maintenance and he assured me that yearly maintenance was free and even spoke with his boss (who is no longer with the company) I called this yr to schedule and was told that it would be 250 dollars for someone to come out to do my yearly maintenance check. I was so upset and the girl on the phone even apologized! Saying this has happened in the past with the sales agents. Of course tried to speak with owner or upper management and got an office manager who offered a 10% discount and said she would relay concerns and someone would reach out which never happened. Horrible lying company and would not recommend to anyone….BEWARE

  I had a great overall experience with this company installing my whole-house filtration system. From the start, they were incredibly responsive and scheduled my installation quickly once I was ready to move forward. Because of the way our pre-plumbed water loop was set up, James Player initially had to install the system a bit differently than I expected. When I called with a few questions, the field manager promptly returned my call and even came out to my home to review everything in person. After taking a closer look, he recommended that I confirm a few details with my builder before making any adjustments. Once I followed up, James came back the very next day and was able to reconfigure the system to better match what I was used to. I really appreciated the team’s caution in making sure everything was correct before proceeding, as well as their quick response and commitment to getting it right. Overall, I’m very grateful for the excellent service, professionalism, and attention to detail. Thank you!

  I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Danian from the Water Quality Association. From start to finish, he was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about what he does. He took the time to test my water right at my tap and walked me through everything step-by-step. It honestly felt like a hands-on science experiment—he didn’t just tell me the results, he showed me. I was shocked to learn what was actually in my water, even with a brand-new fridge that has a built-in filter. There were still contaminants getting through that I never would have known about otherwise. Since installing the reverse osmosis system, the difference has been unbelievable. My water is now crystal clear and truly pure—no metals, no hidden contaminants. I’ve noticed I’m using way less soap, detergent, shampoo, and conditioner because everything works better, which means my money is stretching further. There’s no more calcium buildup, and I know my pipes will last longer because of it. The improvements go beyond just cleaning—my hair feels softer and healthier, my skin has improved, and even my coffee tastes noticeably better. I feel so much more confident drinking my water, using it for dishes (no more soap residue!), and even giving it to my cat. Danian made the entire process comfortable and easy. He’s a true people person and took the time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed. This has honestly been one of the best investments I’ve made for my home and my health. I highly recommend him to anyone even considering improving their water quality!
