Our first breakdown pushed us off on another company to fix it. Even delivered our machine without fuel, DEF or any kind of prep.

Stat. § 672.515 Equipment: 2024 Prinoth Raptor 200 (Serial: 10750211) / M450s-1900 (Serial: 1077651) Dear Sir or Madam, As the legal owner of the above-referenced machinery purchased on July 2, 2025, TFC Restoration LLC is currently conducting an internal administrative audit of our heavy equipment assets regarding ongoing operational non-conformity. Pursuant to Florida Statute § 672.515 (Preservation of evidence of goods in dispute), which grants parties the explicit right to inspect goods and ascertain facts in a commercial dispute, please provide the complete, unedited master file printout for these specific serial numbers within five (5) business days. Please include the following records: Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI): The complete signed PDI checklist, inspection logs, and technical performance benchmarks recorded by the dealership prior to machine handoff. [1] Sales & Delivery Records: The original factory build sheets, dealership bill of sale, final delivery receipts, and manufacturer warranty registration confirmations. Campaigns & Upgrades: A complete history of all factory service bulletins, safety recalls, mandatory campaigns, and optional software or electronic upgrades issued for this model year, with clear indication of which items were executed on our units. Service & Repair Ledger: All physical parts invoices, technician labor hours, and electronic telemetry logs generated during any diagnostic or repair events performed on this machinery to date.
