When I contacted the company later, I was told the crew could not be reached. Unfortunately, no one contacted me to let me know the appointment would be missed. I was also surprised by how outdated the company’s website is. In 2026, a professional business should have an informative, user-friendly website with clear services, contact information, and answers to common customer questions. There is also a significant opportunity to improve its SEO, AEO, and GEO presence and reach more potential customers through Google and AI-driven search.
