  Called them two weeks ago got a hold of Leah to come out and replace everything from toilet to septic tank because of a clog came out five days later. Didn’t even show up to the correct Address to begin with was then told that we have to dig up the pipe running from the toilet to the septic tank And he’ll be back in two days. Two days later comes and replaces everything except septic tank This was on a Friday. Clog reappeared after 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. Call back Monday because they are not open on Saturday and Sunday was told it would be Friday before they come out again. Friday came out snaked all the way to the septic. And again worked for about 20 flushes or between 12 and 24 hours. They are supposed to build me for that one. The first time they came out, the bill was $320. This time the bill is $150. I cannot keep calling them every other day to come and fix a clog that was supposed to be fixed the first time call them today Monday again got a hold of Leah telling her the problem. She had a nasty attitude telling me that when he left it was clear that that’s just how their scheduling works when I ask for someone to come out today and she said they cannot. Then told her I’m not paying them to temporarily fix the clog but to completely fix the clog and told her that this is the third time me calling and everything has been replaced she wants to tell me I haven’t paid when I’m supposed to be billed even said that she just got the invoice to bill me. She then wants to say that it was fixed when her technician left, but it was only temporarily fixed because the clog is still there she then goes onto tell me that. they can have someone out here tomorrow to fix the issue again for the third time but it’s not a guaranteed fix because other things might be in play as roots in the septic tank or the Customer putting things down the toilet. I then tell her. The only thing that we’ve been putting down the toilet is waste material from the body and toilet paper that is meant to go in the toilet She then repeats herself saying she can have someone out here tomorrow if I want to be put on the schedule to fix it, but I will have to pay again. I tell her I cannot be paying for them to come out every 2 to 3 days and be calling every Other day for it to be a temporary fixed, she ignores me Puts me on hold then again doubles down on rescheduling, but I will have to pay. This is ridiculous for me to continuously pay for them to fix a clog. And get blamed that it’s my fault for a clog that was supposed to be fixed and for her to have an attitude and nastiness in a professional work environment that she is in is unacceptable. They do not fix the issue that they were given to fix they temporarily do it and think that’s good enough. Would not recommend this business to anyone for anything.

  tl:dr - No guarantee what they do will work, days lead time, rude customer service (plumber was polite and professional), charge you over and over for same incomplete job. Called out to clear a clogged toilet. Took DAYS to get someone out. Replaced entire line from home to septic tank. Clogged back up within 12 HOURS. Called a second time, 4 day wait time for SAME clog that was not completly cleared out. CHARGED AGAIN for same service (clearing the clog completely out), Within 12 HOURS (about 10 flushes) same issue on an incomplete job. When called a THIRD time, receptionist was rude, states the company will NOT guarantee/warranty ANY work done, and made up excuses why it clogged back up, blaming the customer instead of a job NOT being completed correctly. If a mechanic fixes the muffler on your car and it falls off the next day, woould you not call the mechanic back to have it fixed? Pretty much the same thing. This is UNACCEPTABLE work! A company that does NOT back it's work is not honorable nor dependable!

  I have a complicated whole house water filter system & have for years been looking for someone to work on it. Chris from Dependable Plumbing came & had built a similar system. He re-worked my 26 year old system replacing a lot of pipe & 2 filter casings. He got new parts that allow for easier filter replacement which I can do. Chris is a hard worker & he takes pride in his work. He came on time & followed thru with the new parts & did what he was supposed to do. He is an excellent plumber. The folks in the office are kind & efficient & knowledgeable. The cost was very reasonable. I have known the Creator God of the universe thru His Son, Jesus Christ for over 50 years. Dependable Plumbing was an answer to my prayers.

  Our organization has been working with Dependable for a few years now, and their service is in their name, DEPENDABLE, but they also have high integrity, do amazing work, and exemplify everything you could hope for from a good and honest company. They recently did a large project for our organization, and we cannot say enough about how excellent the process, communication, and workmanship was!
