  Called for a septic alarm going off. They got to me within a few hours, had it pumped out, and had the faulty pump replaced by lunch. Great guys.

  I had Boone Septic come out to my house to give me a quote on a drain field in Middleburg. Another company had just p[umped out my septic and gave me a quote that I could buy a new car for. Boone showed me I did not even need a new drain field and that my problem was a leaking toilet flange. Boone charged me nothing! That was months ago. Thanks Boone Septic

  Definitely not the Boone I remember from the past. I called for a quote and the lady asked me if I had a driveway. I said yes that they had pumped it from the dirt lane previously to not drive on the concrete. She quoted me 400 dollars never a mention of any extra charge if they had to run hose. They showed up right when they said and after pumping said it would be an additional charge of 50 dollars. I’m at 450 now and I mentioned that they had blasted the outlets to the drain field for me previously and he said it would be an extra charge. Boone never charged me extra for that in the past years. I really don’t know what has changed, but probably the next generation is running this family company. I remember the old Boone when they wanted your business and didn’t mind a little friendly customer service. Just don’t expect that personable feeling of days gone by.

  We had such a great experience with this company! After dealing with multiple septic companies telling us our entire drain field was bad and needed to be replaced (which was extremely stressful and expensive to even think about), Boone came out and took a completely different approach. He was honest, knowledgeable, and took the time to really assess what was going on instead of jumping straight to the worst-case scenario. Turns out, our drain field wasn’t bad at all—it was just clogged. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it right away. It’s hard to find companies that are this trustworthy and not just trying to upsell you on major repairs you may not actually need. Boone saved us a ton of money and a lot of unnecessary stress. We are beyond grateful and will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs septic services.
