  Chilly Billy's came to our rescue when the old air conditioning unit broke down. The company sent a technician out within a reasonable time and diagnosed the problem. Victor and Carlos were very courteous & efficient when they came to put in the new unit.

  I believe it was John and Nas (or Josh and Nas 😅) who came out today for some AC maintenance. Either way, I want to give both of them credit. They were professional, fast, informative, and got the job done without wasting any time. Thanks, guys, for the good service.   Our AC went out and they promptly sent someone over to fix it. Our tech, Nas, explained the issue well and was quick. My wife was happy to have the AC working again.

  5’s across the board. The technician that serviced our townhome was Josh and his knowledge, professionalism and overall friendly character was extraordinary! He truly deserves a raise!!!!! We Signed up for a maintenance contract as well. Josh is truly a team player. Thanks for doing the absolute best to keep our home cool.
