  Josh was great. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Shares what he’s doing and why. Doesn’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need. Was able to replace my evaporator coil and get me back up and running in a few hours. 10/10 would recommend.

  Our old A/C system, of 20 years, failed and needed to be replaced. As a retired couple, this would be a significant investment. Our research led us to Chilly Billy Heating & Cooling and we are so glad we found them. The pricing was fair and the technicians were amazing people. Juan Burgos and Victor quickly removed and replaced our old system in a most professional, timely, and personable manner. We were truly very happy with their work and thorough explanation of how our new system works. We could not be happier. We will be using their service for a long time for sure. Thank you for the great experience.

  This is kind of a long one but TLDR we had an absolutely fantastic experience with Chilly Billy with a shout out to Juan. When we noticed our AC going out we had originally called a different company to help us. Their technician took a look at our AC pump and told us it was faulty and that he would find a pump from another technician and install it over the next few days. We waited a few days until our dog about had a heat stroke at whivh point we decided we couldn't wait anymore. We had just seen Chilly Billy advertisement on a pickup truck and after some research decided to give them a go. The technician, Juan, came out an hour earlier than they had said they could come up and looked at the pump for himself. He took it apart and after playing around with it some he explained to us that the pump was functioning perfectly well and we actually had a clog which he promptly took care of. The whole thing was done in less than in hour which was crazy considering the other company couldn't do it after a matter of days. For us, Chilly Billy's work was a stunning example of professionalism where they were obviously better than their competition in several different ways. Thank you for the work and we will be turning to you guys for all of our AC related needs on the future!

  Nas was very courteous and helpful he explained what was wrong what he needed to do do and the cost. He also recommended the yearly maintenance plan but I cannot afford it right now.

  My AC unit stopped working on Saturday. I'd used Frank Gay before and had their maintenance plan, so I called them. To Frank Gay's credit, they came out quickly and determined that the capacitor had blown. I was relieved because it was an older unit. However, the service tech insisted that my machine needed to be replaced. He said it was in critical condition and showed me the readout. He said it was over-amping and wouldn't last two months. Fortunately, they had a "special" going on for new units. Sounded like a sales pitch so I took a picture of the readout he showed me and uploaded it to ChatGPT. It said not to trust those numbers because they were way off and it looked like the probes were reversed. ChatGPT encouraged me to call someone else. So I did. Chilly Billy's came out today - two days later. The AC guy was named Nas - very easy to talk to and smart. He ran the same tests and determined that while my unit is pretty old - it's working fine. The numbers were well within manufacturer guidelines. They said they would not recommend replacing the unit. So, I learned I can't trust Frank Gay. I cancelled my maintenance membership and found a new HVAC company in Chilly Billy. I'm uploading the photos. The first is Frank Gay. The second is Chilly Billy two days later. Trust is a big deal.
