  Very nice person, professional polite knowledgable!! My only complaint was the time it took and considering it was paid by the hour I felt installing 2 toilets should not have taken from 9am till after 6pm! We ran into some issues however I followed the professionals advice and it cost me another $250 over estimated price! I am semi retired and was receiving financial aide so when it went over it took from my pocket which I have very limited finances and ended up hurting my situation! I made clear when quoted the price my situation so I feel somewhat buckled and dimed!! Prob won't use this vendor in the future! I had a brand new full air conditioning unit installed and it took half the time!🥹🫩
