Not only did he get things working again, he took it one step further, identified the cause and fixed it! I highly recommend Sub Zero and Carlos!
- DMDaniel MartinApr 24, 20265.0Without going into detail about the previous company that use to service my mini splits, I called Sub-Zero yesterday to request maintenance that was somewhat overdue. The excellent service started with that phone call. Unfortunately, I don’t remember her name, but she was extremely professional and pleasant from the start. She set up a service call for the next day, scheduling a technician to arrive between 8-10 am. Andrew, the tech, arrived at 8:15 or so. Which is a miracle here in Key West! This guy was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and super clean while performing his job. He radiated competence which made me feel like I wouldn’t need to worry about what was being done. He was also efficient while giving tips about how to maintain my splits, ensuring they would last as long as possible. Once the job was done, the fee was worth every single cent. This guy was just superb. An easy rating of 10/10. I would highly recommend Sub-Zero if the rest of the crew were like Andrew and the young lady I spoke with initially!
