  Miguel Gonzales did a very good job twice! First, removing the old pumps and installing new ones that were not the correct pumps(sump instead of grinders). Second & final installation, required removing the wrong pumps for septic/sewage use(Zoeller E295) and installing the Zoeller Shark 720 grinder pumps that I,customer, ordered from & paid for Supply House in NY, as they had them in stock - seems that few distributors/retailers carry much inventory these days(Ferguson a major company in the industry & supplier to Seaway did not). Meanwhile, I had discussions with customer service at SJE Rhombus re: my control panel, and after 3 phone calls we determined that 6 wires in my panel that were related to start/run capacitors needed to be disconnected(which I did once breaker was off) essentially disabling that feature since the Shark 820 I ordered came with Start/Run capacitors. Unbeknownst to me, there were other Shark 820 grinder pumps that come without capacitors and could have used those on my panel. As this is my second rodeo on the Lift Tank repair arena, and the first one also required my participation in ordering/troubleshooting/etc., we were able to get this job done and see the new pumps move water quickly out of the large tank in my home. Anyone else considering a similar lift tank for sewage/septic, beware that control panel must be properly matched to pump being considered and only grinder pumps which use 1.25 inch outlet/pipe should be considered for this type of application and are required by code in order to use existing 1.25" tubing with a check valve. Sump pumps with 2" outlet/pipe have limited use in a sewage application but MUST only connect to same diameter piping, as per Florida/County code. Hope this helps others with a similar Lift Tank application. In Florida,few homes have two basements with the first basement having 2 toilets: 2 washbasins & one shower.

  I called Seaway Plumbing in the morning. They came out the following day at 8 AM. The technician diagnosed my intelligent toilet, figured out what the problem was and called Kohler and was able to get them to warranty my repairs. . Seaway has great service, very professional. I highly recommend them.

  Armando at Seaway Plumbing is the absolute BEST! He is very knowledgeable about his craft and he never suggests work that isn’t necessary. He is super professional and I trust his judgement completely. Our office has very tricky bathroom fixtures, but he helps us clear up the issue quickly and efficiently every time we call him. Crystal in the office is also very professional and quick to respond on scheduling requests. There is no better plumber and company in Miami Dade than Seaway!
