  Had a fantastic experience with William and his crew who all are courteous and personable. They were installing our new HVAC system with brand new thermostat and also replacing ductwork with all registers. They were very clean and left place spotless. From the initial quote to final installation, they were prompt, clean, transparent,expedient and responsive. They addressed all of our concerns and resolved issues quickly and very thoroughly. WIlliam was readily available when we needed him. Big learning curve for us. Our home is now perfectly comfortable. 5 stars for excellent company.

  William and his company, Quality Comfort Experts, was recommended as a local, reliable, and reputable HVAC contractor. Will personally returned my call almost immediately and stopped by later that afternoon to assess the job, a replacement to an existing, inoperable mini-split AC unit. We discussed a few options and within 24 hours he sent a proposal with 3 variations of available Mitsubishi mini-splits. He had the units available and had his professional tech/installers over within the week. The job was professionally executed and you can't beat the warranty (on both parts and labor). And its super quiet!!!

  Fast response to diagnose the issue. Even faster with quote and options on a new system. Excellent communication. They showed up when they said they were going to. They communicated well on when my new system would be in and they even came and installed it a day early. Nice clean job everything was cleaned up. They put tarps down in the rooms that they worked in what’s spend as much time as we needed to go over how the new systems worked including hooking up Wi-Fi to run them remote. This is a second complete install that I’ve had them do and I’ve had them come out to do service calls on several of my properties. Excellent work, good prices, professional and trustworthy. I highly recommend them.

  My AC wasn't running and it was so hot. I called them and they were able to make time for me same day! The tech showed up and went to work. He explained what the issue was in terms I could I understand! He told me what needed to be done to fix and what would have to be done in the future. In no time my house cool again!!! Great quality service!
