Alex installed a new gfci outlet in our garage. He did a great job putting it exactly where we wanted it. He is friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything to us giving us 3 options to get the work done. We are very happy and highly recommend him and Thomas Edison Electric.

After scheduling an appointment 4 days in advance it was cancelled on the day of. We had an issue with the washing machine not working due to the electrical outlet supplying power to the machine. Inasmuch as we were going out of town the following day the appointment being cancelled was a problem. When we voiced our dissatisfaction we were immediately contacted by Steven Toth, Chief Operating Officer. Steven apologized & said that he would do whatever he could to make it right. He said that he would personally come to the home the next day & diagnose the problem at no charge. He certainly made good on his word. He showed up in the morning, as promised. After spending some time checking everything out he was able to find the problem & get everything up & running. Having never had the necessity to utilize an electrician in Florida I can truly say that due to Steven Toth & his professionalism, expertise & true concern for customer satisfaction I have found the electrician that I will use for any future needs & highly recommend. We are very fortunate to have him here in Jupiter.
