  Michael was called twice to different homes to fix AC work. Both times he demonstrated outstanding professionalism. He checks everything in great detail, explains everything in detail in simple language, and even if you know nothing about how AC works, believe me, after his visit everything will be clear to you. Excellent results and an excellent experience working with this company. Highly recommend.

  I could not be happier so far from the services provided to my home by Arctic Fox Cooling Services. I have some complicated issues that need to be addressed re humidity, air quality control and maximizing a/c efficiency and Michael has proven to be an excellent resource in working through these difficult issues. He has been extremely responsive, timely, knowledgeable and great with all communication regarding the process for moving forward. I rarely give reviews but wanted to share this in light of my good experience with Michael.

  I called Artic Fox at 2pm. The Tech Chris showed up at 6pm. He showed lots of courtesy he was very professional. He figured out the problem that 3 other company's could not. I want to give him a big thanks and will be using them from now on.

  My AC started shutting on and off 2 days ago. I was desperate to find someone but in the past I have delt with companies that are over priced and never really fix the problem. I found this company on Google and saw the reviews so I said let me try and I am so pleased. 1st off let's start with the scheduling, they work with the time that you have available. Secondly, they gave up dates on their time of arrival which was great. I was greeted by 2 gentlemen and before they even came in my home they put shoe coverings on. I have had a dozens of repair people in my home and they never cover their shoes. I explained the issue and they knew right away what I was talking about. I had a dozen questions and they answered all of them, never once making me feel like I dont know anything because I'm a women. The service was priced fair, and i even signed up for their yearly maintenance which you can't go wrong with living in hot miami..great service👍🏽
