  Gregg text and called prior to arrival. Asked questions about the issue we were having. Went right to work. After some diagnosis time, came back and gave us some details on what he had found. Added Freon to get us cooling until they can get back to do the leak test. Nice young man and look forward to having him back to do the testing at a cooler time of the day.

  He did fantastic, he explained everything that was going on, very patient unfortunately the unit was a block of ice so we scheduled another appointment for tomorrow. I have totally confidence that he will be able to get this unit up and running

  Gregg was professional, knowledgeable, and quickly identified the issue with my system. He resolved the problem, made sure everything was operating properly, and took the time to check that the unit was cooling efficiently before leaving. I appreciated the thorough service and attention to detail. The system is working great now, and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing HVAC service.

  A great experience. Great customer service, friendly, courteous & spent time servicing my unit. There was no high pressure & I was extremely pleased with the time & effort he spent on the maintenance of my unit. Looking forward to having them back for the fall/winter maintenance ck. Highly reccomend both Greg & the company!! Thank-you!!
