  Honest, affordable, dependable, and friendly service! And determined — believed they were going to figure out what was wrong no matter what, and they did! I’ve used other big names in town that did a repairs and then pushed so many other services. It felt like the service techs were sales reps! Not with Willman, they came to do the job they were here to do. Would highly recommend.

  ​I switched to this company from one of the big corporate names in Jax based on a few recommendations. After leaving a message, I got a call back within minutes and an appointment for the next day. ​Nick, the tech, was super friendly and walked me through everything he was doing. The house is cool and the system works great. Best of all, there was zero upselling or pressure—I actually had to ask them about their yearly maintenance program. Love supporting a family-owned business that actually cares!

  Excellent job. Another company (Snyder) did an inspection 2 days before and tried to sell me a duct cleaning and UV light for over $1,500. They didn’t see anything else wrong. Willman came in and did a much more thorough inspection, found the capacitor needed replaced and took pictures of it to prove it. They said I didn’t need the UV light or any of the other salesman tactics the other company tried to use. I trust Willman way more than the other guys.

  Highly recommend! We were very impressed with the service they provided!! This was our first time contacting Willman Air for emergency service over the weekend. Alex arrived “on time” and quickly got to work troubleshooting our HVAC issue. He explained what he was checking and why. Alex was friendly, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions without hesitation. Jacob called us the very next morning to check up and to answer our questions on future service.

  I can't say enough good things about Willman Air. We purchased a new home that needed a new Air Conditioning system and the entire process was one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Jacob came out to assess our current system and he was incredibily knowledgeable, quickly understood what we were looking for and got us a quote the same day. The techs who came out to rip out the old system and put in the new system were prompt, efficient and knew what they were doing. We got top notch service and at a reasonable price. Stay away from all the "local companies" that got bought out by PE and support a truly local business that provides service and quality superior to those others.
